Summer Pavilion, part of the Ritz Carlton, is a Michelin-starred restaurant on-site, and we celebrated our anniversary there. Delicious jasmine-tea smoked duck! It’s a notch beyond your regular Peking duck. Excellent, attentive but non-intrusive service. Great, elegant ambiance. We had the Peony dinner set. Gorgeous from beginning to the end.

I am not a big foodie but this is hands down one of the best dining experiences I have had.  Their abalones and beef knee (I know, what a delicacy) was excellent.  Very well-cooked and good portions.  Overall good service and great ambiance during F1 season as well.  Kudos to the chef and management.

My girl friends and I finally get to dine together at Sunmer Pavilion after 3 past failed attempts to book for a table. Please book early!
We were in awe when we stepped into the beautiful restaurant. The staff Dunstan was very attentive and polite. Even offering to take photos for us. The back drop is beautiful. The food (includes dim sum) was so good that we forgot to take pictures of the food. Only managed to take picture of the dessert.
Highly recommend to go to Summer Pavilion for any special occasions. We will definitely return again!

Celebrated my dad’s birthday. Food is superb and exquisitely presented. The house blend lychee tea was so fragrant and thoughtfully replaced with a hot cup at the end of the meal. A lovely longevity peach display was presented together with the buns for the celebration.

Came here to celebrate my partner’s birthday. The food did not disappoint. Stand out dishes for me were the iberico pork in honey and the sweet and sour pork.  My partner loved the fish maw soup in coconut and the prawn dumplings. It’s a little pricy but I would recommend this place for celebrating a birthday or special occasion. I would definitely come again the next time I visit Singapore. Recommended.
