I joined a tour guided by Mr. Fin at the exhibition, and it was an enlightening experience. Mr. Fin's knowledge was impressive, and he adeptly shared valuable information with us, using simple language for better understanding.

I brought my preschoolers for a guided tour. Mr.Fin was great however, much could be done to improve their experience.

Yes, we did sign up for a tour. Especially being preschoolers, the kids will require more time to explore however we were asked to leave, in consideration for the next group.

That I disagree with. Teachers could educate their students better and more based on the knowledge they have with the kids. The guided tour is not sufficient. Imagine coming in from quite a distance and be asked to clear when we could do more.

So I hope more can be done to enhance this. Being a walk-in gallery, the staff should be taught to manage a crowd with outdoor crowds too. It's a walk-in centre you see and there is no set timing to visit. So us staying in after, be it for 10 mins or even 30 mins more should not have been an issue.

Also, please guide the guides to use positive words instead. The way the teachers are being approached wasn't a positive experience from my perspective.  Thank you.
