The hotel has potential, but it falls short in value for the price. The rooms are fine, but cleanliness needs improvement—there were ants by the window, stains on bathroom tiles, and the carpet under the bed was really dirty. Breakfast was okay but could be better for the cost. On a positive note, the staff were nice. With better cleanliness and attention to detail, this could be a much better experience.

Gorgeous hotel inside and out with fantastic staff and amenities.
Rachel & Aina were particularly helpful and so kind. We stayed in a club room at the Oasia and whatever you need, if they don’t have it they will do their best to accommodate. Very much a wellness stay- they have yoga, sound baths & massages to enjoy daily. One of my favourite stays to date!!

The location is awesome, and the building itself is magnificent. The desk and bar staff on the 21st floor were good.
Unfortunately our room attendant, was not very attentive, he left a lot to be desired in terms of refreshing and replenishing our room.
The air-conditioning g was effective, but bloody noisy.
My wife and I agreed we would never stay there again, and could not recommend that others do. Considering the premium price, the service was not premium.

Modern, funky, and well-positioned hotel. It is right next to the metro station, a 30min walk from all the main attractions and right next to Chinatown.

The rooms are modern, although on the smaller side. The Club Level areas are fabulous - spacious, with a large pool, plenty of sunbeds available, quiet and tranquil.

Service is polite but a bit chaotic. The design of the hotel is horrendous. There are multiple banks of lifts and you need to change all the time. To check in you have to go to the reception on Level 12, then to "Club" floor 21, where you change to different lifts to go to your room. The rooms on the club levels come with a weird feature, whereas the bathroom and toilet are separated from the room by a one-way mirror ... which doesn't work, and you can easily look into the bathroom from the room. Get ready to get really intimate with your partner.

We booked Oasia for a few nights while in Singapore and it was worth every penny. We paid extra for the club experience and I really recommend it because you have access to a beautiful pool which in my opinion is better than the rooftop pool + a snack bar with drinks at happy hour + free 15 min neck or feet massages included. I tried the yoga class as well and it was worth it, the gym is fully equipped. The buffet at breakfast is varied and delicious. The room is super clean and high tech. The hotel overall is super clean and welcoming. Definitely recommend.
