Stayed at capella for our staycation last month. The experience was fantastic the service staff was great and service was prompt. Was finding our way to the living room for the afternoon tea and a very nice staff show us the way as we are abit lost. The afternoon tea was great with many selection and we are being served with drinks as soon as we arrived. The room was great and clean. Will definitely stay there again.

I stayed at Capella for two nights for a relaxing vacation, and from the moment I arrived, I felt at ease. The historical building and breathtaking views immediately created a sense of tranquility, and the peaceful atmosphere made my stay even more enjoyable.

When I checked in and entered my room, the soothing scent and elegant decor enhanced my relaxation, setting the perfect tone for my vacation. I truly had a wonderful time unwinding and enjoying every moment.

During my stay, I explored the hotel and was constantly amazed by the stunning views. I couldn’t resist taking some photos to capture the beauty of the surroundings.

I had an exceptional and memorable stay! The whole Capella Team are amazing from the team of Check-in, Living Room, Bob Bar,The Pineapple Room, Room Service, Fiamma & Cassia. We recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel for a short weekend getaway and from the moment we arrived, our check-in process was seamless thanks to the front desk team, setting the tone for an effortlessly enjoyable stay.

Our villa was beautifully designed and thoughtfully prepared by the exceptional culturist team (shoutout Sterre, Ian, Cristal and Michelle) who went above and beyond to coordinate all the pre-arrival arrangements for my wife’s birthday celebration, ensuring every detail was perfect.

A special mention to Ricky as well, who escorted us to our villa with utmost professionalism. His warm welcome and thorough introduction to the resort and its offerings made us feel instantly at home.

Every team member we continued to encounter after, from those at the lounge, to in-room dining and restaurants were also genuinely friendly and attentive, elevating our experience to something truly memorable and embodying what hospitality is all about.

We would have loved to stay longer but will certainly return again!

Staying at Capella Hotel in Singapore was an incredible experience! The hotel is truly luxurious, with stunning architecture, impeccable design, and an atmosphere that perfectly balances elegance and comfort. The surrounding island is breathtaking, offering a peaceful and picturesque retreat.

The service throughout the hotel was wonderful – warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our room was absolutely amazing, with beautiful decor, excellent amenities, and views that left us in awe. The food at the hotel’s restaurants was delicious, showcasing high-quality ingredients and exquisite preparation.

That said, given the hotel’s high prestige and luxurious reputation, I would expect more professional concierge services. We had a disappointing experience when we asked for help booking a restaurant reservation, and the concierge was unable to assist, leaving us to handle it ourselves. While this didn’t overshadow the rest of our stay, it’s an area I’d recommend the hotel focus on improving to match the exceptional quality of everything else they offer.

Overall, Capella is an outstanding hotel, and I would absolutely return. It’s a truly remarkable place that delivers on so many levels, but I hope to see the concierge services align more with the hotel’s otherwise world-class standards.
