The last time I stayed here was 10 years ago. The check in was at the foyer back then. This hotel is still very well maintained and has even improved in many aspects under Far East. Excellent service by Miss Jay during the check in process. Suite is comfortable and love the sofa bed. Can watch movies in comfort late into the weeee hours. However the main heavy door need to make a spring, it slams & thump extreme loudly, which makes hear every closing of the doors down the corridor. Low wastage breadfast via sets are commendable as always no a fan of buffets. Coffee, tea, fruit juice are free flow. Fruits provided. The fish congee is superb using the fish belly and oat. Kids at additional 20++ while adults at 40++. Most expensive congee ever but well when you see people tipping 50-100 at pubs. What is 40++ for a happy breakfast meal? 🤪
Its always a coincident, every trip when you wanna swim. It rains! Well guess good things has to try thrice. This time didn't drive and it was a better trip as we get to explore more of the Sentosa vibes with the train and bus and corners walking about the island.

Oasia is a fabulous central location at a good price in Sentosa. You can walk everywhere and the monorail stops across the street. The rooms are not 5 star rooms by any standard, but they are spacious and clean. To be 5 star they need updating, more premium toiletries, and maybe a Nespresso maker. The staff is really attentive and friendly. They seem a little chaotic at times, but they make up for it with friendliness. They have free yoga in the morning, a small but nice gym, and great restaurant on the premises. Overall I would stay here again.

Disappointing Stay Despite Good Service – Oasia Resort Sentosa

I booked a two-night Courtyard Premier room stay at Oasia Resort Sentosa to attend my friend’s wedding, expecting a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Upon arrival, Devi at the front desk assisted me with check-in. She had a great attitude and was very helpful, even arranging for my friend, the bride, to have an early check-in to her Junior Suite the next day. This thoughtful gesture was much appreciated. The overall front desk service was professional, and the staff were courteous. The hotel’s ambiance and aesthetics were also quite nice, with a peaceful and welcoming lobby.

Unfortunately, that’s where the positives ended.
•	Day 1: My stay got off to a rough start when I was disturbed by loud cries and screaming from a child in the room next door. It made it difficult to rest, so I informed the front desk. They assured me that the guests were only staying for one night and would be checking out the next day. I hoped this meant the second night would be quieter.
•	Day 2: Instead of a peaceful night, it turned out to be even worse. It genuinely felt like I was staying at a love motel—there were loud and continuous moaning sounds from a woman who had checked into the same room next door that day. It was extremely disturbing and unpleasant to experience, making it impossible to ignore.
•	Day 3: I was woken up halfway through my sleep by persistent dog barking. It was frustrating to be disrupted yet again, capping off what was already a disappointing stay. For a resort of this standard, I expected much better soundproofing to ensure a restful experience.

During checkout, I shared my feedback with Firdaus at the front desk. He was patient, professional, and took the time to listen to my experience. I truly appreciated his attentiveness, but it didn’t change the fact that my stay was far from the relaxing and luxurious experience I had anticipated.

While the hotel offers good service and a visually appealing atmosphere, the poor soundproofing and disruptive environment completely ruined my stay. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a quiet and restful stay.

Wellness, Peaceful and calm vibe. Staff is patient, attentive and gentle.

Service is fast and immaculate. We asked for extra bedroom slippers for adults and kid. Extra bottles of water and even blanket is entertained without questions!

First time visit  Oasia Resort Sentosa. As we will go to Universe Studio and Mega Zip Adventure and this time for 2 nights stay to celebrate my mama birthday was truly an astounding experience.

Staff went above and beyond🫶🏻 to make it special for us by arranging a "Birthday suprise" gift containing a 🎂card with beautiful words written, some snacks, chocolate, balloons, and decorate a styling birthday cake Towel on bed. I really appreciated that! My mama was Happy🥰. We take a lot of photos😆

Overall the Breakfast was Fine😁😄.

We arrive early at 12:30pm. Very Nice as we have lots of Luggage and we can settle down early .Checking-in our room was swiftly handled over our keys along with all the essential resort's information.

The only Cons: The fridge can't refrigeration🥺…and it is inconvenient to carry luggage up. There are too many stairs.
