I had the most amazing welcome and check in experience at W Singapore Sentosa Cove. My family was attended to by Lynette, the hotel manager, who provided a very personalized, memorable check in. Her service was nothing short of exemplary.

Lynette recognized my Marriott Bonvoy Platinum Status and as the usual suites were not available , she went above and beyond by upgrading us to a higher tier suite with a private pool.

She was very genuine, warm and welcoming to my family with young kids and even provided them with rubber ducks, candy and lanyards which allowed free ice cream in the late afternoon.

Lynette truly embodies the meaning of hospitality. She is a definitely an invaluable staff in W Singapore. Thanks for making our stay special!

Vibrant and lovely hotel located in the Sentosa Cove area. Firstly, the hotel's location is simply stunning, offering scenic waterfront views and lush surroundings that create a tranquil and picturesque atmosphere. Our room was a delightful haven, spacious and stylishly decorated with bold decor. The comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms added to our overall comfort and enjoyment. Breakfast was a highlight of our stay, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff at the breakfast area, including the manager, were incredibly humble and attentive, making each morning a pleasant experience. The hotel's SPA was a wonderful retreat, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. However, I must mention that we were not impressed with the service at the wet/pool bar. The staff there could certainly benefit from some improvements in their service quality. One of the highlights of our mornings was participating in the yoga sessions. It was a nice and refreshing way to start the day, especially for those who enjoy a bit of morning exercise. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to various restaurants within walking distance was a great convenience. We had the opportunity to explore and enjoy different cuisines without having to venture too far. Overall experience was excellent except Pool bar staff.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere.

From the moment she assisted me, Lynette was professional, calm, and incredibly efficient, ensuring that the situation was resolved smoothly. She went above and beyond by upgrading us to a stunning Away Room with a private pool, turning what could have been a disappointing start into an unforgettable experience.

What truly set Lynette apart was her genuine warmth and attentiveness. She personally brought us to our new room, ensuring we felt comfortable and welcomed. Her kindness didn’t stop there—she proactively reached out to the spa to inquire about a suitable massage for my pregnant wife, showing a level of care and initiative that is rare to find.

The next day, at check-out, Lynette once again made the effort to personally check in on our experience and send us off, leaving a lasting impression of her exceptional hospitality.

Her dedication, kindness, and ability to turn a situation around reflect the true essence of luxury hospitality. She is an invaluable asset to W Singapore, and it’s professionals like her who uphold the world-class reputation of W Hotels.

We had a lovely stay.
The staff at the door were just beautiful, helpful people  they couldn't do enough  for you.
Paying $10.00 for a glass of soda water at the pool. i think it is just over the top ,  disappointing.
