釜山のミシュランガイド掲載店で近場を調べてこちらのOutro by Vitoを予約、初訪しました。飲み物はワインを注文しなければいけない縛りがありました。私はアルコールが入ると料理を楽しめないためソフトドリンクがありがたかったのですが、ノンアルコールワイン1本だと一緒に飲む相手が普通にワインを飲みたい人なので申し訳ないため注文できず、結局唯一グラスで注文できるオレンジワインを注文。食事は美味しかったものの、あまり食事をじっくり味わうことができなかったのが残念でした。

I researched nearby restaurants listed in the Michelin Guide in Busan and made a reservation for Outro by Vito, which was my first visit. For drinks, we were required to order wine. I would have been grateful for a soft drink since I can't enjoy food with alcohol in it, but I couldn't order a bottle of non-alcoholic wine because the person I was drinking with is someone who likes to drink wine normally, so I ended up ordering orange wine, the only one that can be ordered by the glass. Although the food was delicious, I was disappointed that I wasn't able to fully enjoy it.

그냥 젤 맛있음
서울 제주 좀 친다는 파스타집가봐도 비토 못이기는듯 부산에 있다는것에 감사할정도
인테리어도 정말 세련됐고 스피커도 미쳤음.
사장님의 음식과 와인에 대한 애정 흘러넘치는게 느껴집니당

Just the most delicious
Even if you go to a pasta restaurant that is said to be a bit like Seoul and Jeju, you can't beat Vito, and you're thankful that it's in Busan.
The interior was really stylish and the speakers were crazy.
I can feel the owner's love for food and wine.
The taste is so bad that it hurts my mouth to say the least.
I wish there was a non-alcoholic menu too!!
Other than that, it's a restaurant with all its strengths :)

이곳의 시그니처 격 음식인 단새우 디쉬는 단새우 위에 비시수아즈 치즈 유자간장젤리가 더해져 감칠맛과 부드러움과 녹진함의 텍스쳐들이 느껴져 와인과 먹기 너무 좋았고 에스까르고와 다른 디쉬들도 만족하며 먹었어요
