평양냉면 전문으로 하는 집

개금역 근처에 위치한 모던한 느낌의 식당으로
14년 인생에서 가장 맛있다는 평냉이라는
조카의 평가에 방문해 본 곳이다.
12,000원에 평냉 한 그릇을 먹을 수 있고,
녹두전은 8,000원에 먹을 수 있다.
녹두전은 같이 바싹한 느낌이라서
식감은 괜찮은 편이고, 양파절임과 함께 먹으면
녹두전을 싫어해도 먹을수는 있다.
평냉은 생각보다 고기 국물이 괜찮은 편이다.
일반적인 평냉과 다르게 맛 이라는 걸
느낄 수는 있는 국물이다.
면은 생각보다 흐물한 식감이라서
나에게는 살짝 아쉬운 느낌이 있다.

토요일 1시반에 방문했을 때
테이블 여유는 있는 편이었으며
전체적인 분위기가 모던한 느낌이 있다.
깔끔한 매장에서 평냉 먹고 싶을 때 방문하면
나쁘지는 않은 곳이다.
테이블에 착석 후 주문하는 방식으로
다 먹은 후 카운터에서 계산하는 곳이다.
주문 후 음식은 금방 나오는 곳이라서
회전율이 나쁘지는 않은 것 같다.

I visited this place based on my nephew's review.
You can eat a bowl of pyeongnaeng for 12,000 won.
You can eat mung bean pancake for 8,000 won.
Because the mung bean pancake tastes dry,
The texture is good, and when eaten with pickled onions,
Even if you don’t like mung bean pancakes, you can still eat them.
The meat broth of Pyeongnaeng is better than expected.
It tastes different from regular plain cold noodles.
It is a soup that you can feel.
The noodles have a softer texture than I expected.
I feel a little bit disappointed.

When I visited at 1:30 on a Saturday
There was plenty of room at the table.
The overall atmosphere has a modern feel.
If you want to eat Pyeongnaeng at a clean store, visit here.
It's not a bad place.
You order after sitting at the table.
This is where you pay at the counter after you finish eating.
The food comes out quickly after ordering.

2024年のミシュランのビブグルマンを取ったお店です。このお店で冷麺、12000ウオンを食べました。とても上品な味で美味しかったです。わざわざお店を訪れる価値あると思います。おすすめします。お店は15～17時は閉まっているので注意が必要です。

평양냉면을 좋아하는 사람이면 한 번쯤 이름은 들어봤을 곳입니다

부산에서는 해운대 부다면옥, 남포동 부부냉면,
장전동 평양냉면  정도만 가봤는데
이 집은 그 중에서도 깔끔한(정갈한?) 느낌을 받았습니다.

메뉴가 상당히 다양하게 있는데
솔직히 저는 평냉은 많이 심심한 느낌이었고
들기름 메밀면이 정말 맛있었습니다.

양쪽 다 면의 메밀 함량이 높은건지
툭툭 끊어지는 그 특유의 느낌과 향이 강합니다

녹두전은 간이 약하고 두꺼워서
자극적인거 좋아하는 사람은 불호일듯하네요

평냉 집들 대부분이 그렇지만
속을 많이 비운 상태에서 가는게
맛을 깊게 느끼는걸 도와줍니다
