A great experience overall! You have to book online here. I had their vegan light course. Everything was utterly delectable. They explained every meal with care and I really
enjoyed my meal here. And you just have to get their signature bibimbap because it’s beautiful and they cut it open in front of you.

A very European-style approach to Korean cuisine. The wholesome local ingredients were delicious and full of natural, earthy flavours. The vibrant colours jumped off the plate and were a visual symphony. The service was caring, attentive and genuinely “nice”. You come away feeling renewed and at peace with the world. Bravo to the team, you are wonderful.

Amazing culinary experience at "a flower blossom on the rice", tasting the Korean cuisine proposed by the restaurant with its organic food concept presents in each dish proposed. Ensure to book a table a couple of days in advance (through "catch table", very useful) to not lose the possibility to enjoy a dinner there during your stay in Seoul. We've chosen a menu of 75k KRW/person, including 10 dishes between starters, palate cleansers, main dishes and dessert, accompanied by a selection of Korean Soju, premium soju and gin (extra). The service was perfect, following our culinary "path" with clear explanation of each dish to better understand the Korean cuisine we were tasting. This is a kind of experience I recommend to every traveler who wants to approach to the essence of the Korean cuisine!

Korean national and almost only organic ingredients Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant. Delicious a la carte options and course menus. As well great craft beer, makgolli and soju options.
I really enjoyed the pork shoulder (300g).
The atmosphere is cozy and a little rustical in this traditional Insadong hanuk house.
We really liked the friendly service and family friendliness.

They only accept reservations so I’m grateful that I could book via Catch Table.

Food was interesting, with organic fresh vegetables featuring heavily. Service was impeccable and it helped that they have already set an English menu and food guide so that I could understand that I was having. The staff were welcoming and meticulous.

The course meals were pricey, with the Hanwoo set being 112,00 won and the Pork set being 85,000 won. The rock fish set requires a minimum of 2 people to order it and costs 79,000 won per pax. The vegan set costs 59,000 won. The only different between the vegan sets and those with meat was that one meat dish, which makes it a little ridiculous that you're paying 26,000 for a few slices of pork or 53,000 for a few slices of beef, albeit premium. To me it wasn't even the best tasting pork, and I was really better off spending that money on a full KBBQ meal.

Although expensive, you’re really paying for the experience, rather than just the food. Everything was perfectly paired and plated and I really enjoyed the thistle rice. It was a good experience but I wouldn't come here again.
