There was a bit of a wait but we were able to get in fairly quickly. The restaurant focuses on noodles but also served some dumplings. We also ordered some sake to go with the noodles. Most of the noodles had a very subtle flavour seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil and some vegetables. I got the spicy noodles which had a bit more heat and flavour. The dumplings were simple enough but I didn’t think they were worth it for the price. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend if you like simple, clean flavours and like noodles.

미술랭식당이라 웨이팅이 길줄알았지만 평일 점심 이른때라 좌석에 여유가 있다. 웨이팅없이 창가에 앉을 수 있었다. 테이블 키오스크에서 주문과 결제를 한다. 주차는 가게 앞  주차가 가능하지만 여유가 없다. 생들기름면과 만두반접시 막걸리 한잔을 주문했다. 들기름은 고소하고 면의 식감이 부들하고 쫄깃해서 좋았다. 들기름의 풍미가 느껴진다. 면아래는 버섯이 얇게 슬라이스 되어 들깨와 들기름 버섯의 조화가 좋다.  슴슴할꺼라 생각했는데, 약간 짠맛의 간이 조금 세기했지만 맛있게 먹었다. 크기는 작지만 만두는 피가 얇고 속이 꽉차있다. 한입크기라 속이 흐르지않아 좋다.

I expected the wait to be long since it was a fine art restaurant, but since it was early lunch on a weekday, there were plenty of seats. I was able to sit by the window without waiting. Order and pay at the table kiosk. Parking is available in front of the store, but there is not enough space. I ordered raw perilla oil noodles, half a plate of dumplings, and a glass of makgeolli. I liked the perilla oil because it was fragrant and the texture of the noodles was soft and chewy. I can feel the flavor of perilla oil. The mushrooms are sliced ​​thinly under the noodles, making for a good combination of perilla seeds and perilla oil mushrooms.  I thought it would be mild, but it was slightly salty and a little strong, but it was delicious. Although they are small in size, the dumplings have thin skin and full filling. It's bite-sized, so it's good because it doesn't spill out.

들기름 막국수 종류가 많은데, 나물이나 고사리 등이 들어근 들기름면을 시키는게 더 맛잇음.

흑백요리사에 출연하신 김도윤 쉐프님의 미쉐린 1★ 파인다이닝 윤서울에서 면요리만 따로 빼서 판매하는 매장. 예약 불가하며 오로지 워크인이다. 평일 점심 기준으로는 웨이팅이 없어서 흑백요리사 출연진 식당 중에서는 접근성이 가장 좋을 듯.

면은 저가수기술로 자가제면한 면으로, 매우 부드럽고 점성이 높은 편. 그래서 들기름면으로 먹었을 때 들기름이 쫙 면 내부까지 달라붙으면서 면의 장점이 극대화된다. 반면 고기나물면은 그런 장점이 반감되어서 비교적 평범한 맛이었음.

만두는 피가 얇고 고기가 많이 들어가 고소하고 맛있었다.

A restaurant that sells only noodles at the Michelin 1★ fine dining restaurant Yoon Seoul, run by Chef Do-yoon Kim, who appeared in Black and White Chef. Reservations are not possible and only walk-ins are allowed. There is no waiting line for weekday lunches, so it seems to be the most accessible among the restaurants featuring Black and White Chefs.

The noodles are self-made using low-hydrolysis technology, and are very soft and have a high viscosity. So, when you eat perilla oil noodles, the perilla oil sticks to the inside of the noodles, maximizing the benefits of the noodles. On the other hand, the meat namulmyeon had those advantages halved and had a relatively ordinary taste.

The dumplings had thin skin and a lot of meat, so they were savory and delicious.

It's worth a visit if there's no wait like now!

압구정에 미쉐린 맛집이 있다고?! 해서 찾아온 국수집
쉐프님이 이름걸고 만든 브랜드라서 더 믿음이 가고요 고사리 넣은 국수 메뉴가 있다는게 제일 흥미로웠어요
예상대로 역시 맛있구요... 신기하게 이 면이 부담없이 포만감 들게 해주더라구요? 충남예산의 생들깨기름을 사용한다고 되어있던데... 충남예산 대체 어떤 곳이죠? 이 들기름... 탐나네요

There is a Michelin restaurant in Apgujeong?! So I came to the noodle restaurant
I felt more trustworthy because it was a brand created by a chef, and the most interesting thing was that there was a noodle menu with bracken in it.
As expected, it was delicious... Surprisingly, these noodles made me feel full without any burden. It says that raw perilla oil from Chungnam Yesan is used... What kind of place is Chungnam Yesan? This perilla oil... I crave it.
Unfortunately, the soybean water in the bean noodles did not have a thick texture. Did they add milk to make it a little creamy? I think... It tasted a little sweet, but the noodles were really delicious haha. The ones mixed with perilla oil were delicious and the ones in soybean water were also delicious... It's a real treat.
It doesn't come packaged, but instead, they sold it as a kit at Market Kurly, so I ordered it right away. It may not be as impressive as eating it at the store, but well... the price is much cheaper, so it wouldn't be a bad idea to get it delivered online.
