겨울에 이어서 여름의 가겐에 방문해보았습니다. 이세에비와 은어가 준비가 되는데, 상당한 기대감이 들더라구요. 가겐은 인테리어도 좋고, 음식 맛도 좋고, 쉐프님들의 요리를 준비해주시는 모습을 보는 재미도 있어서 눈과 입 모두가 즐거운 것 같습니다. 콜키지한 술들도 매니저님이 잘 준비해주셔서 좋았네요. 마무리  초당옥수수 솥밥 및 문어 솥밥까지 모두 다 맛있었습니다. 다음번 방문이 역시나 기대가 되네요.

Following winter, I visited Gagen in summer. Ise-ebi and sweetfish are being prepared, and I have high expectations. Gagen has a nice interior, the food tastes good, and it's fun to watch the chefs prepare the dishes, so it's a treat for both the eyes and the mouth. It was nice that the manager prepared the corkage drinks well. Everything was delicious, including the chodang corn pot rice and the octopus pot rice. I'm definitely looking forward to my next visit.
