Highly highly recommended. Husband and I had previously tried the plant-based menu at Eleven Madison Park and not impressed so we were nervous about Legume BUT we were blown away. Every single dish that they brought out was flavorful and was hard to choose a favorite! Even if you are not vegan or vegetarian, you must try this place, it will not disappoint. We can’t wait to visit Korea again and eat here again!

What a great dining experience!
Every dish was unique and delicious, full of great flavor combinations.
Mushroom steak was my personal favorite, extremely juicy! And oh, hojicha and red beans ice cream was just another level, very very good.

I didn't think that vegan food could be so delicious; the dishes were also beautiful and meticulous down to the smallest details, each dish accompanied by a short explanation from their lovely staff. The variety of dishes served one after the other made the whole thing a special culinary experience and not just for vegans

Légume is an exceptional vegan and sustainable restaurant. The menu showcases beautifully crafted dishes, using seasonal ingredients. The interior design and atmosphere makes you feel at a very peaceful environment. The service is top-notch, and this is undoubtedly a rising star in the culinary world. It’s only a matter of time before this restaurant earns a Michelin Star, at least personally I give it an higher rating than some 1 and even 2 Michelin stars I have been.
