An excellent intimate dining experience. This place is worthy of its current Michelin recommendation but absolutely deserves a star. The service is top notch with each course explained to you at the dining bar counter after you have watched the small team of chefs prepare each plate.
Every single dish of the dinner tasting course was phenomenal. The wain pairing should not be overlooked, again each choice is carefully selected and presented with tasting notes and how it hopefully complements each dish. Again, nothing short of perfection. Highly recommend. Can't wait to go back!

Before I booked ticket I’ve searched some of Michelin restaurants in Seoul, but unfortunately I couldn’t find any restaurant where I’m really interested in.
Although they only open for more than a year, not one of Michelin restaurants yet, BUT I can feel the chef’s passion of the dishes and how beautiful the dishes are. Also it’s quite similar between the fine dinning which I’m working now.
Thanks chef Jay, manager Teddy and others chefs, I really enjoyed the moment and whole menu in two hours.

Perhaps one of the best dining experiences I’ve had recently. Came to have a birthday lunch on our last day in Seoul and it was just a cherry on top. Every dish is so creative and well executed. One can feel strong Korean foundations yet also some Scandinavian influences which blended so well.  Attention to detail and service was exceptional. Loved every bite and would love to have a chance to visit this place again.

It is the most cost-effective restaurant you can experience in Seoul. I've visited many other Michelin restaurants, but there aren't as many as satisfying. Very little, especially considering the price.
As you know, there is a flow in course. The course here may not feel perfect. I think the reason is that every food is delicious.
Food is all about being delicious. So I'm visiting every month.

Amazing meal - one of the best I think I’ve had. The food was not only delicious but also very creative and original. I’ve not had dishes like it before, and I liked how they incorporated these Asian and Korean ingredients to create these modern style and original dishes. At only ~$130 per person all in, this is really an amazing deal for what you are getting.
