Really nice atmosphere and great food. The spicy red chicken was so good—crispy and just the right amount of spice. It went perfectly with the beer. Exactly what we needed after a long trip to Seoul. Highly recommend!

Very chill place where passing tourists like myself can find some spicy chicken and decent cocktails with a big television that makes it feels like the sports bars back home. The ordering of items is done via touchscreen and is easy to use. This particular location seems to be quite popular with the locals as well, which helps creates a welcoming atmosphere. Take out is also available if you don't feel like eating at the restaurant. I enjoyed my experience here.

This place serves some of the tastiest fried chicken I’ve ever had—so good it could make a vegan reconsider. But beware: ordering here is like signing up for a surprise edition of “Survivor: Waiting for Chicken.” I swear, after placing our order, I think they must have started the process by heading out back to catch a live chicken and negotiate its surrender. The beer arrived first, ice-cold and refreshing, but by the time the chicken finally showed up, we were already on the brink of asking if they needed help plucking the feathers.

If you’re looking for a thrilling adventure in patience, this is your spot. But for me? I’ll pass. Next time, I’d rather find my fried chicken in a place where they aren’t auditioning for “Chicken Whisperer.” Not clucking back again!

My first meal in Seoul. Really enjoy their crispy yet tender honey boneless chicken. Went there a second time during the trip, their fried rice? Is pretty good as well.

Had high expectations since Kyochon brand is well known worldwide. Ordered the half-half chicken and fried rice. The fried rice order came first, and was waiting for a good 15min on my table before the chicken arrived. Fried rice was cold, not sure if it was supposed to be like that.

Chicken was luke warm too. And the chicken pieces were not crispy, and the batter couldn't stick to the chicken pieces. Hence, it was like eating separate chicken and batter. I could even peel off the batter easily with a fork. See the batter leftover.

Well below my expectations for Korean fried chicken.

Edit: So I got a caustic reply from the store for my 1 star review. See their reply below my review.

Well, I didnt need their useless suggestion to eat the fried rice first, because it was supposed to be a side dish together with the chicken.  Even they listed it on their menu as a side dish, NOT starters. So i was waiting to have it together. Fine, my fault for not following their sequence.

Then they admitted their batter cannot fully adhere to the boneless chicken, and I shouldn't order this and should order their regular chicken with bones. Wow, so their batter can miraculously selectively stick to chicken with bones but will just fall apart with boneless chicken pieces.
For your info, freshly fried chicken with easily fall apart batter means it's a failed recipe.
I've had boneless fried chicken in Seoul with batter that still sticks to the chicken even after 1hr delivery! If they admit the standard for their boneless chicken is what I had that day, I think they need to take it off the menu. Selling such standard and making lame excuses for it.
