Stayed here with a friend on a recent trip to Seoul. The room was immaculate and very clean. We opted for a the pool in the room and the stream shower was everything!!!!! The buffet breakfast, sauna and gym exceeded our expectations. All staff were extremely nice and the front desk ensured that we understood all of the hotel amenities to enjoy during our stay. Jenny at the front desk/service desk went above and beyond to assist us in booking a flight from Busan to Osaka and called us a cab to the train station. We never felt like we were a bother and all staff went out of their way to provide 5+ star service. Highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay again!

The hotel team has been amazing all along our stay. Always available and helpful, they made sure that everything was happening in the best way possible. The SPA and sport.
Loved the surrounding, especially trail up to the namsan tower, and down trail next to fortress, indoor jacuzzi, shower, view was amazing overall.”

Don’t Miss!

This resort was superior.  They were fixing something in the lobby and only had one guest elevator but that was a minor inconvenience.  We stayed at 3 other hotels during our trip to South Korea.  Here, The Grand Josun in Busan, the Lotte Executive Tower and the Ryse Marriott in Hongdae and the only hotel to miss was the Marriott.

Wonderful staff, easy check-in, beautiful suite.  We did have a honeymoon package with a pool room; as well as spa services and an 8-course dinner at their Michelin Starred restaurant.  All were wonderful.  It was definitely a treat for us.  The resort is the experience here; it is a bit away from Seoul’s bustling night markets and nightlife, so consider that when booking.  We wanted a taste of all things South Korea and this was our relaxation stop before facial procedures (in Hongdae) and our flight home.  I would definitely return.

I did not stay at the hotel but got massage at their spa facility. Sally, who helped me, was so great, and she wasn't one of those masseuse who just tried to kill time. She put such thoughtful effort into where and how strong  the pressures should be, and it was such heavenly experience. My massage room was also very relaxing, and I was very happy with my time there.

Had over a dozen issues during the stay with the room being extremely hot and reservation issue upon check in as well as perks that were not mentioned upon check in that my reservation had so warning read your perks and make sure you use them when you stay. The staff were amazing 10/10 and were helpful and gave a compassion to the situation hence I would come back assuming all these issues get fixed.
