Korea Seoul’s No 1 international buffet restaurant. Their quality and varieties of food are top notch, you will be in awe ! The Shilla Seoul Parkview buffet ranks No 1 in our hearts for now. Joseon Palace Constants seems to have fallen off the ranking.

Staff paid attention to details, particularly to mention our fantastic server Lee Jun Hui, he is always ensuring that our needs were anticipated and taken care off, this is even before we signal to him.

This type of A1 service should be preserved and imparted to all staffs within the restaurant/hotel. Staff should also possesed basic English language skills.

These photos speak for itself. There are grilled abalones, steak, snow crabs, whole steamed fish, varieties of dimsum, peking duck, fresh quality fruits, macaroons, good cakes, good ice latte.

The online reservation system should be made easier for international traveller especially guests staying at the hotel need not pay the fees upfront for dine in at the buffet.

Very busy and popular buffet, but it wasn't worth the high price. The best stations were the dim sum station and dessert station, but everything else was just ok. Service was top notch. You have to reserve in advance on the Shilla hotel website. Probably won't be back.

It’s so crowded, you MUST make an appointment in advance. It's too chaotic. You need to queue up for each dish. No matter if it's weekend or holiday, there are so many people that some dishes are messy and dirty. It's delicious, but I saw the waiter take out the macarons from a factory package…
The peking duck is still has blood water and It's not fully cooked. The octopus is like a rubber band.
The pasta ravioli is super delicious tho.
The dessert is terrible and tastes SO cheap. The cake uses margarine… and why isn’t there a selection of bread or pastry?

There are many kinds of seafood, including roast duck, buns, salads, raw fish, etc. I like the salad area the most. The vegetables are fresh but the Korean seasoning is too sweet.

The waiters basically only speak Korean and are really busy and not as good as before.

It was great place to eat and see the Seoul Namsan view. The restaurant and hotel were clean and the employees were really nice. Food is amazing, especially their seafood is great.
You have to have reservations on their website and pay 20000 KRW first. You can also go to the Shills Duty free store, Molton brown etc as well.

Average at best.

I don't see why I need to pay £100 just to eat at a buffet.
There are 3 types of dishes, Korea dishes, Chinese dishes, little bit of Japanese and European dishes.

The food were good, average in taste, as many of them were not a wow factor or delicious, I would say only 1 or 2 items gave me a "good" taste feeling.

I would say the reason why it is expensive is because you are paying for the decorations and servers/staffs. When we started eating, the staffs would come and take your empty plates or dirty plates away. This was good, but I noticed after 3pm, the consistency in dirty plate clearing was reduced.

Afterward of eating from this restaurant, I just felt so thirsty all of a sudden. I believe there was a lot of salt used in their dishes, which is not good.

The best dish I would say was one of Chinese fried prawn, baby back rib, banana cheese cake and the waffles. You can grab a refillable drink, also have coffee and even macaroons. You get a complimentary alcoholic drink. I was annoyed at this because there were 3 of us at the table, the staff poured us a drink in our glass, however my drink was very little compared to my guest, and it is not a good compliment. If this is a 5 star buffet from a hotel, they should know better at serving.

I would not recommend this place, not even to try a "fancy" buffet restaurant as I found nothing extravagant, luxurious or 5 star about this place. It is kind of like going to a standard Chinese restaurant in Las Vegas with expensive restaurants surrounding it. Because of the location, that standard Chinese restaurant would have to charge a lot because of the area.

Save your money, take your guest elsewhere, the buffet I got where standard food I can taste from other restaurants.
If they want more stars, they need to give different types of dishes. The egg benedict was a good choice, however taste was not good. The sliced duck had a smell when eating.

I am sorry but it is not worth £100, you are just paying £100+ just to eat with wealthy rich people, or to surround yourself with them.
