As a part of Worldcup Parks, Noeul Park used to be a massive landfill until 1990s.
How come it could have turned into a beautiful park surrounded by green grasslands and beautiful forests in 20 years?

Best park to go to with your dog. There is such a big amount of open space for your dog to run around. There are various art statues and a campsite, golf course, grassy meadows and a nice view of thw Han river. You can buy drinks and snacks in the little shop as well. In winter when it is quiet you can also go off leash with your dog.

We came here on a cloudy Saturday on March so it was a bit chilly but no sunset. Flowers were going to bloom. This park is huge, we walked up to the hill but on the way down, we needed to take service car which was just 2.000 won per person and it took us straight to the parking lot. It also has a big area for camping which is well mantainance.

This place used to be a landfill but they changed it into a beautiful park. You can go up by taking a little bus and it's not that expensive. There are also camping sites. It's nice to take a walk. Recommended.
