I heard that there are many handsome men and pretty women in Korean clubs, and it was very fun. "As a foreigner, I was able to get in right away and the staff was very kind." Club Razer is awesome! The staff is friendly, and the bartenders make delicious drinks. Most important of all, the music is really good! They mostly play EDM and electronic music, which I prefer over Hip-hop like every other club in Hongdae plays. It's pretty small, but I think that's more charming because you can actually connect and hang out with other people. Highly recommended!

EDIT: The owner claims that foreigners are allowed and the issue might've been ID or clothing. I will describe my experience.
The first time I got in line, the bouncer looked at my ID, gave it back and just ignored me as he continued to let others go in. I gave up and walked around a bit more in hongdae. After a while I decided to try and get in line again since the bouncer changed, and this time he immediately waved me off and said 'no foreigners' both to me and others I saw trying to get in. Perhaps I will try to go again and see if I am allowed entry, but my first experience has been negative.
