Tried to make a reservation on Catch Table before hand but they rejected me as I was only one person. Despite a 45 minute queue, the lunch set was very good and value for money, paying only 19,000 won for the bibimbap set, that almost every table had. Interestingly, they torch the raw beef tartare yukhoe ball in front of you so you get a variety of flavours and textures.

Was not able to order the bulgogi as that requires a minimum of 2 pax to order. The staff were very quick and friendly.

Apparently this restaurant is listed in the Michelin Guide.
We made a reservation in advance through Catch Table and visited for lunch on a Saturday.
The restaurant was very spacious and had a luxurious feel.
We ordered Yukhoe Bibimbap. There was a menu in Japanese as well.
It was quick from ordering to arrival. There was so much Yukhoe that it looked like a hamburger steak!
The waiter grilled it over a burner for us, and then we ate. It was very filling and delicious. Great value for money.
When we left, there was a long line of people in front of the restaurant. It's a popular restaurant!
I recommend making a reservation in advance.

it's nice but not sure if this is the best. They won many Michelin awards so maybe you can use that as a gauge? We ordered the ribeye which the minimum order is 400g. It is enough to fit 2 people. Maybe it is standard practice in seoul but we like that they cook and prepare the beef for you. It is recommended to make a reservation to get a table in the main area otherwise you have to pay 30000 won for a private room.
