Nice neighborhood park with space to chill or to stroll. An entry/exit point to a mountain path is available near the temple plaza.

A lovely park with two dog parks (one for small dogs and the other for big dogs), a children's forest playground, 강감찬 cafe and an entrance to 서울둘레길 which leads to Gwanak mountain. It also has a magnificent shrine of general 강감찬. Its opening hour could be inconvenient if you work. The shrine has a wheelchair/pushchair access at the back but unfortunately it only leads to the first level of the shine (not the main part).

The park is amazing! There are mini farms in the the park, small pond, temples, plazas, science center nearby. The park is good for the family to visit. Kids can play in the plaza with their bikes, skateboard, scooter, etc. Older people hike the mountain that is behind the temples. There is even a place for a dog to walk or hang around. No doubt why there are many people visiting the park. The scenery is great, peaceful, and exciting. The park seems to be surrounded by the mountain so you’ll see more trees, and it’s beautiful in Autumn because of the color of the leaves. No fees to pay. The park is free to visit, and the historical site next to it. I’m not sure about the science center since it is closed when we visited the place. There is also an English village across the park. A lot of things to do around Nakseongdae park. I highly recommend family and everyone who’d like to enjoy the nature and have a simple activity outdoor.

I enjoyed a sunday morning at nakseongdea park and climbed gwanak mountain right next to it...
Recommended for everyone and the hike is suitable both for kids and adults...

A relaxing place to have a walk.. surrounded by hills,  park,  cultivation spaces,  this is definte recommended place for relaxing the mind.
