One of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. The Pyongyang cold noodles were outstanding and outstripped that from other restaurants we visited in Seoul. The service was also truly impeccable — the ladies at the restaurant helped us with our meal as we were clueless foreigners. Prices were reasonable and will be definitely coming back when visiting Seoul again.

A renowned restaurant visited by past presidents of South Korea. The naengmyeon (cold noodles) was truly delicious. The venue is spacious, making it suitable for group gatherings, and I plan to visit again soon for lunch. It was my first time visiting. I think this place is overrated and not deserving of being in the Michelin guide for eight years in a row. The noodles were mild and fresh but quite ordinary for me. The sooyook (steamed beef) was quite good. The nokdujeon (mung bean pancake) was tasty but way too salty. Also, the staff were not friendly at all.

However, since the taste is definitely divisive, it may be a very tasteless dish for Pyongyang Naengmyeon beginners, so be careful. It may be a really tasteless dish for foreigners in particular.

Hanwoo Bulgogi is made with Hanwoo beef and mushrooms as the main ingredients, and the seasoning itself is not strong or sweet, and the deep flavor of the Hanwoo itself is present, and the Hanwoo Bulgogi broth is especially delicious.
It is also delicious when you eat rice in the broth.
