Except for no room service for f&b, the front desk service, room cleanliness, and customer service are good.. Very polite staff, especially Alex, from front desk, who is very helpful. There is a pantry on every floor. I did not check out the gym, though. But verdicts from my group mates, the gym is decent with basic amenities. Staying for 5 nights. We will be here for another 3 days. Convenient location to access eateries, café and shopping locations.

I booked the family twin room during 16th to 19th march.
The front desk staff (Scarlet}was very friendly and nice. I arrived at the hotel with my family early and asked her if I could check in early. She tried her best to arrange it and was not impatient.and  there was no problem with English communication.
Surrounded got tranditional korean food and coffee house,direct bus to airport and subway,uber app for transportation.very convenient for travellers

You can enjoy a quiet room stay here, staffs are helpful with quick response to enquiry / request. The room size is reasonable at least you can open the luggage freely. Facility here not the best in current market and I think it need to be upgraded within 2-3yrs to maintain its competency.

I got to stay at the hotel because it had a great discount. Honestly, it had to be my favorite hotel during my week-long stay in South Korea. It was a quick 10-minute walk to Myeongdong and just a 4-minute walk to the nearest train station. They also had a washer and dryer downstairs for a cheap price, which was very convenient.

Staff is friendly and helpful, rooms are spacious and modern and prices are low. What's not to like.
People at the desk spoke impeccable English and there is a 24/7 convenience store on the ground floor.
The gym is very bare bones (just a few cardio machines and light dumbbells), but you can pay for the larger gym in the basement.
I wish they had power plugs by the bedside.
