This place has beautiful broth and noodles and focuses on a narrow but excellent menu. They use chicken in the broth more than pork, and so it is lighter.
You order and pay first at the machine on the porch, then they confirm. There is often a wait, but they turn over quickly.
Highly, highly recommend on a brisk winter day.

This is one of the most amazing ramens I’ve ever had! It’s lighter because it’s mainly chicken(although the broth is a mixture of pork and chicken) and it’s not greasy in the slightest! The portions are generous, and they offer additional noodles if you need. The menu is quite simple, as it is either non-spicy or spicy, and both options are good! I highly recommend going, the service is great, the store is really nice, and it’s totally deserving of its michelin star!

Totally deserve their Michelin!!! Had the spicy ramen, added extra pork belly. I WENT TO RAMEN HEAVEN. The richness of the soup fills your taste bud with joy, warm the tummy & absolute delight at every bite.

The soup is rich yet not overpowering, light and not oily at all. The protein by default was chicken breast - cooked so tender that it melts once you take a bite. The addition pork belly we added was one of ten best choice - if fatty yet not too oily, well balanced slices of pork belly you do not want to miss.

I have been through many Ramen tasting, but unfortunately this was one of my worst ramen I had. Not really sure how Michelin is rating this place but this is really a bad recommendation from my point of view.  On top, after eating at this place my stomach was messed up for the day and I had to go back to my hotel to recover  from this.
