This place was wonderful.

With incredibly flavourful food that showcases the owner’s creativity, and 7 Blue Ribbons to show for it, it’s a wonder that it wasn’t bustling. We showed up on a Monday afternoon without a reservation and were seated immediately. We were honestly just on the hunt for a vegan restaurant, and everywhere seemed to be closed, apart from here.

Located about 20-25 minutes from central Hongdae, it’s a great spot for university students to grab lunch after lectures.

I wish we’d found this earlier on our trip, as we would have come back as often as we could have.

I recommend the Tofu Benedict, and the Pumpkin Chocolate Cake. Very worth the excursion!!

We have just had the vegan eggs Benedict, a blueberry tart and a chocolate pumpkin cake.
The eggs Benedict was to die for, absolutely gorgeous food. I cannot recommend this place enough. Very sad that we have only found it on our last day and I will definitely be back when I am here again.

pinemushroom aubergine salad is also great. Quite generous portion. Love the white wine too.

Great restaurant run by a female chef with many vegan options. Ambience is great, the place was set by a well read person whose books are part of the decor. Music is nice too. After 20 days in Korea in which meal options are very limited, this was heaven. We tried the grilled vegetables with beans, the hummus with pita and salad, the spinach gnocchi and the tomato and carrot soup. All was delicious.

This gem in Yeonhui dong, near Hongdae university is a vibe.

They just put a divine vegan tofu-benny on the menu, and have some of the best vegan pizza in Seoul. The music and art is what you need to alter your sense of time and space. The sweet, talented owner hails from Yeosu, and brings the sentiment of beauty in culinary experience to your plate.
