전체적인 음식은 모두 맛있었지만 특히나 세번째 디쉬로 나온 Entrée chaude인 따뜻한 에피타이저가 랍스터, 우니, 고수, 땅콩소스, 사과 등으로 만들어졌는데, 소스 때문인지 중식 터치가 들어가 있다고 느껴져서 나에겐 베스트 디쉬였다. 또 달고기 스테이크에 같이 나온 포항초가 달달한 소스에 쌉싸름한 맛이 한식의 맛도 함께 느낄 수 있게 해서 이질감이 없게 한 것 같다.
요즘들어 음식에 맞는 술은 음식을 더욱 맛있게 한다는 생각을 강하게 갖고 있었는데 와인을 잘 몰라서 좋아하지 않는 나에게 오늘의 페어링은 와인에 관심을 갖게 할 정도로 아주 나이스한 선택의 와인들이었다.
알레즈 한남은 여느 다이닝보다 가격적인 면에선 약간 저렴하고 가성비가 높다고 생각이 드는 추천하고 싶은 맛집!

All of the food was delicious, but the third dish, Entrée chaude, was a warm appetizer made with lobster, uni, cilantro, peanut sauce, and apple. It felt like it had a Chinese touch, perhaps because of the sauce, so it was the best dish for me. Also, the Pohang vinegar that came with the sweet meat steak seems to have added a bitter taste to the sweet sauce, allowing you to enjoy the taste of Korean food at the same time, so there was no sense of heterogeneity.
These days, I have a strong belief that alcohol that goes well with food makes the food more delicious, but today's pairing was a very nice selection of wines that made me interested in wine, even though I don't know much about wine and don't like it.
Allez Hannam is a restaurant I would like to recommend as it is a bit cheaper than other restaurants and offers great value for money!
