been here twice before they closed and loved both visit. food and service is immaculate. Each dish was 10/10 and will definitely return when they reopen again. due to my allergy they swapped the prawn from the first bite to a paprika. while i’m impressed by the paprika, i wished it could have been a scallop instead 🙊

This restaurant is amazing! There is a branch in Hong Kong, but the ingredients are fresher and higher quality here. The staff are super friendly and always happy to accommodate + help you with any request. The food is also amazing, I enjoyed the small bites, truffle tart, abalone taco, Hanwoo “popcorn” rice and much more! Overall, I highly recommend trying this restaurant if you are in Seoul, as it is truly great.

My favourite Michelin restaurant in Seoul that I've tried. The restaurant really do lived up to their 3 Michelin stars. Every aspect of the meal is cared for, it's a perfect dining experience.

The whole meal experience was exceptional, I was exciting to see and try every dish, it is a fun dining experience. A variety of taste combination, techniques and creativity.

Some of my favourite dishes would be the small bites, toasted sesame tofu and the sourdough ice cream was very interesting.

There's a reason this place received its 3rd star. The service was impeccable from the moment you get to the door till you walk out.
The food was also impressive in the use of flavors. Each bite brought a sense of nostalgia from my childhood.  It tastes like food I haven't had in many years but yet still like something new.

I could have dine here with my eyes closed and still enjoyed it throughly.
The popcorn rice seems so simple yet was one our favorite items.

This is my favorite restaurant in Asia. I first ate lunch here in September 2023 and the meal was so good, we asked if there were any last minute cancellations so we can eat it again.... Unfortunately none were available.  We then asked what was the earliest opening, and the staff  told us December 13th was the earliest availability. We flew from Taipei back to Seoul with dinner at MOSU being the highlight of the trip.

I told some other friends how this is the best meal I have had in a long time and we were planning a trip back in a few months.
Note: Typically, I am the person in the group that is hardest to impress, so my friend's were all wondering why.

I went to this restaurant with two friends. Friend A did not like to eat carbohydrates such as breads and pasta. Normally the most she would eat was just a small bite or completely forgo that dish. At MOSU, she ate everything and loved it. Friend B did not enjoy fish, she could eat sushi but really disliked cooked fish. Her comment after eating the cooked fish course was, "This is the BEST fish I have ever had in my life." MOSU has the ability to have people love the food despite their biases.

The building, the decoration down to the silverware, the hostess, the sommelier each person, place or thing felt comfortable and just worked. I have been to places where the food is good but the service is not and it distracts you from having a good time. Everything here worked together so that the star of the show was the food.
