Hello Hilton Taipei Sinban , just like most Hiltons this one is strategically located beautifully in Banqiao district it's nested one block away from the Banqiao main station. Prestigious and convenient to get around Anywhere really. There is also a YouBike station across the street making it easy to rent a bike and explore the city. Upon walking in I received a warmly greeting and invite from hostess. The staff here are very hospitable and very welcoming. The rooftop pool was 1/1 . Clean water and a lifeguard in duty at all times. The restaurant was on the 2nd floor and had all the staples of the two worlds. I would love to stay here again and every time the opportunity rises. Don't forget to Tip the housekeepers.

Stayed here a couple of nights for work. The area around this hotel is very nice and easily walkable. The staff here was great, very friendly and helpful. The concierge and bell staff were always present to assist and helped give us suggestions on where to eat, shop, and what to do... they even assisted with making sure Uber drivers knew where to drop us off. The property is tall and offers 6 elevators, which is always great for larger/taller properties to minimize wait time. The onsite restaurant offered a large breakfast buffet each morning. The room was decent, though the bed configuration was very odd... it was like a twin bed pushed up against a king size bed with two comforters side-by-side, but overlapped. It's like 3 or more people sleep in a single bed like this?? Very odd, but relatively comfy. During my entire trip visiting various cities and hotels, this bedroom was the most "Western" style. The bathroom was beautifully done! Though everything in these countries seems to have a bidet added onto the commode, I chose not to use them. Overall, not a bad stay. It is about 35 mins from the airport though, but there doesn't seem to be anything closer to the airport. I can see staying here again.

Great, spacious, and clean hotel just one block from the MRT and bus stations, a mall, and plenty of eateries. VIEWS: We were very impressed with our room. We stayed in room 1802z. When entering the room our eyes are drawn to the floor-to-ceiling window with a view of the city. ENTRY: As we stepped into the room, you'll first step past an open closet (perfect for our staging our five suitcases, jackets and shoes). This is also where you'll hang your jackets and find the ironing board and iron. BATHROOM: Next, we couldn't help to see the very large bathroom with a standup shower large enough to fit all four of us, soaking tub, toilet room, and two vanities/sinks. The sinks are separated, standing on either side of the bathroom next to the pocket doors (which is perfect when you have two kids, they can be separated when brushing their teeth). BEDROOM: We got a room with two queen beds, and they are super comfortable. This room was very large with ample space. Even for American standards, this room is big. We're used to most hotels in Asia that are considered "big" to have bigger beds, but smaller walkways, cramped bathrooms, etc. However, the Hilton Sinban is giving you ample space between the beds and walls, the bathroom is bigger than some entire hotel rooms we've stayed in, and the open closet/enclave idea is genius. The room had a chase lounge right next to the window, which our kids loved sitting on and staring out into the city. There was also a small round table/desk with an office chair. There was also a small bar with glass cups and ceramic mugs for cold/hot drinks. Below the bar is a small fridge behind a cabinet door. The room has a large flat screen TV (about 40"). The TV has an interactive page for hotel information, entertainment in the area, room service menu, streaming services you can log into, and more. The best art is there are language selections on the page, we were able to view everything in English. STAFF: Everyone we met spoke very good English and were incredibly friendly and polite. We ate breakfast on the second floor during our three night stay and found everyone in the dining facility to be very friendly. POOL AND GYM: Probably the biggest highlight of this hotel (aside from the impressive rooms and location) is the Gym and Pool located on the 32nd (1RF) floor. The 32nd floor is considered the "Roof" and is only accessible by the Handicap Elevator (R), or by taking the other 5 elevators to the 31st floor and following the signs to the staircase that brings you to the 32nd floor. The gym is open 24hours a day! The gym has floor-ceiling-windows and even more impressive views than what we have in our room (on the 18th floor). The cardio equipment is all facing the window (2 treadmills, 1 elliptical, and 2 styles of bikes), there is this amazing view to get lost in as you Run/walk/bike. The weights are in POUNDS!!! This is a big thing for me who struggles with the metric system. They also have free weights that go up to 80Lbs. In all the other hotels we've stayed at, the weights stop at 20kg. This was the first hotel we got a good workout in. The pool is a shared space with the Caesar Hotel next door. It's an open air space with huge wind deflecting windows and walls. It's beautiful up there. You can hear the city down below, and you can also get rained on. It rains a lot in Taipei, but that didn't stop our two younglings from wanting to swim. We were up there on two of the three days we were at the hotel, and they loved it. The pool is very long and the max depth is about 5foot (1.5 meters). The pool is open from 0700 to 2100, shuts down for an hour of cleaning from 1200-1300, and it's open rain or shine. Because it rains so much, a lot of the lounging areas that have padded seats, are missing their pads so that they do not become moldy and from all the rain. If you're visit has a rainy forecast (like ours), there are several mesh style (adjustable) lounge chairs that line the one side of the pool with umbrellas to stay dry if you need to watch your kiddos burn off some pent up energy. ROOM SERVICE: We were out all day visiting all the sites and it was a lot of fun. But, we were tired, wet, and just wanted to shower and relax more than we wanted to stop and eat dinner... So, we did room service. Food took about 30-40 minutes to arrive after making our order over the phone. Everything was absolutely delicious. They have a very good burger; it's thick, has bacon, lettuce and tomato, with cheese... I kind of wanted to order one again the next day. This hotel is 5 stars (all day) for its large rooms, kid friendly (without being obvious about it), and location to public transportation.

Stay at Hilton Taipei Sinban - Family Twin Guest Room Review. When booking a Hilton hotel in Taipei, you have six locations to choose from its app, depending on where your activities are. For my trip with friend in early December 2024, we stayed at Hilton Taipei Sinban, one of the best options in New Taipei City. Great Value & A Nice Upgrade! I found that the cheapest rate for a night was around $180 USD (I usually skip the breakfast option since there are plenty of great food choices nearby). Upon check-in, the front desk staff were super nice and upgraded us to a larger Family Twin Guest Room--a pleasant surprise! Last time my husband and I stayed here was in April 2023, they used plastic key cards, but this time, they've upgraded to sleek wooden key cards, which feel much more premium. After settling in, it was time to go food hunting! Food & Nightlife in Banqiao. For dinner, we walked over to Mega City Mall (B1 food court), where we had Din Tai Fung--which had a 40-minute wait. After a satisfying meal, we took a leisurely stroll through New Taipei Christmasland, enjoying the festive lights and atmosphere. To wrap up the night, we continued on to the Tourist Night Market, exploring more local street food and snacks. Hilton Taipei Sinban is located at central New Taipei City with super easy excess of transportation nearby (subway, railroad, high-speed railroad and bus) and we enjoyed our stay here. Hilton Taipei Sinban No. 88, Minquan Rd, Banqiao District, New Taipei City Near Banqiao MRT & High-Speed Rail Station

This Hilton location is literally across the street from the Banqiao bus & MRT station. There's a pedestrian bridge from the station to the building, but we found it connected to the conference rooms of the next door Caesar hotel and it was harder to navigate to the lobby vs just crossing at street level. It's a bit further from Taipei city center, but still very convenient since its right off the Blue line. Hotel is very new and the rooms are very large, it was a very comfortable stay. The fitness center and rooftop pool are on the 32nd floor, but only one elevator provides access (and after the pool closes, the fitness center can only be accessed via stairs from the 31st floor -- no signage on this either). Pool is open top (shared with Caesar hotel) and the water was not heated, so unless it is warm outside, water is frigid! No hot tub area either. The city view is nice though and plenty of lounge chairs near the pool, plus some social areas on the rooftop. Though my biggest gripe about this hotel is the elevators are excruciatingly slow. Given there are 30+ floors and 6 elevators, I would've expected some elevators to be designed for certain floors only. There is only 1 that reaches the roof, but it also stops at all 31 other floors. There are 2-3 that go down to the parking levels, but again they also stop at all 30+ floors. And then the rest are a lotto game, as they also don't display which floors they are on, so that you can gauge the wait time. Definitely spent multiple instances where I waited for an elevator for almost 5 minutes, and another instance where it took 5 minutes to get from the 15th floor down to the lobby because it stopped at almost every other floor on the way down. So... short version is: budget extra time for the elevators! The fitness center is fairly small -- only a few aerobic machines plus some free weights and kettlebells, but it worked. Access with room key card. Staff was overall very friendly and pleasant, didn't have any issues here. Breakfast buffet was excellent with plenty of choices between Western cuisine and Taiwanese and a good amount of seating. On weekends due to crowds, you have to pick a dining time to spread out the crowd, so go early if you want to avoid a wait. It's a very nice Hilton location, very new facility and modern.

One of the nicest hotels I have visited. The Hilton was constructed a few years ago, and still maintains good condition. The lobby is elegant and has a cafe / bar on the first floor, where you can enjoy tea, coffee, snacks, or a drink. The staff are meticulous about keeping all spaces clean. I was very impressed with my hotel room. The amenities, equipment, and vibe are all excellent. You'll find the gym and pool on the 32nd floor which dan only be accessed via the 31st floor. Gym has cardio machines, free weights, jump boxes, and a machine for full body (pull up bar too). Next to it is the open air pool which is magical at night. No hot tub but the water is maintained well. Buffet is worth trying and has both western and Taiwanese items. Breakfast has a similar setup and is included with the room. Go Hilton Taipei!

This is the best Hilton hotel we have ever stayed. It is super clean and roomy. The team members are super friendly and helpful. We also had chance to try their onsite restaurant Qing Ya. The din sum items were so awesome. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel with modern amenities, conveniently located within walking distance to so many eateries, the MRT, mall, as well as excellent customer service! The hotel itself also has many great restaurants within it! For us, breakfast was not included. Only minor annoyance with the hotel were the elevators that just didn't seem to flow well, and seemed to malfunction often. For ex, when trying to get to the 7th floor from the lobby as the only person in the elevator and no additional buttons pushed, I was taken to the basement, then 27th floor, then 6th floor, before arriving to my final destination of 7th floor. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for any new Taipei visitors. I would also like to caution visitors regarding the 24hr massage place across the street, located at the corner with the number 24 on it. As someone experienced with foot massages, and having already received 5 excellent massages in Taipei at other locations , I would strongly advise against going to this 24hr massage place. It was the most disgusting place I'd ever been to and the absolute worst massage I've ever had in my entire life. Their customer service was equally bad.

Excellent repetitively new hotel about an 8 minute walk from the Banqiao MRT (Blue Line) station and also has connections to the regular train and High Speed Train services. I experienced an excellent stay at this location on a number of stays with the staff always eager to assist you. The buffet style restaurant "Market Flavor" serves as the main restaurant for the hotel located on the 3rd floor with excellent variety of both styles and selection for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Qingya is a restaurant located on the 4th floor for local flavor food includes a tea counter is the focal point of the room, open for lunch and dinner. In the lobby "Sociability" tea and coffee shop is available from 07:30-23:30 each day. A swimming pool is located on the rooftop open from 07:00-21:00 along with a fitness center available 24/7.

Great location, close to MRT, restaurants, and more. The hotel is clean, modern, and brand new! Everything was top-notch with the exception of the Chinese restaurant. The roof top pool is amazing, with a killer view!
