Nice club. I heard it's one of the best clubs in Taipei. I haven't checked out other places yet so I can't say for sure. But it's right across from KOR, another club. It's ok the same floor so you can hop between those two venues. Price is good for Americans. Table service is good. Make sure you communicate clearly what the minimum spending is when you get a table, excluding service fee and taxes to avoid bad surprises

Pretty fun club in Taipei! They have a cute photo area as you walk in, and the bathrooms were cleaner and more spacious than expected. I had a table with a few friends, and it was very fun. The workers kept making us shots and different shooters and made sure we were all having fun throughout the night. The music and ambiance was amazing as well. There were different dancers-- both male and female-- throughout the night! A very classy yet lit club if you're looking for fun nightlife in Taipei!

Omni is a solid night club in Taipei, Taiwan! It reminded me of mini vegas night club with the interior design, lighting, and mood. They had bumpin' EDM music blasting and I was dancing all night. I had to pay cover of about 800 TWD, which turns out to be ~$25 USD. With that, you get two drink tickets so if you break it down, its about $13 a drink, which is expected for a night club. I liked the fact that they put in a lot of thought in the women's bathroom area. There's a lounge section with ample seating before the restroom so you can rest, take some selfies, have a smoke break. Mirrors everywhere so you can make sure you look good. One thing I didn't like is all the smoking! I know people are allowed to smoke indoors in Taiwan, but as a non-smoker, that was annoying.

Great design with cool lights and giant screens. Generally more impressive than most clubs in the U.S. in terms of design, size, and more. The music was mostly EDM though... not much variety from the DJ when we went on New Year's Eve. The downside to Taiwanese clubs is that smoking is allowed indoors, so your clothes and your hair and anything you take into the club WILL smell like smoke. Unless you head immediately for the lockers (30nt per locker; once you open it, you need to pay 30nt to lock it again) and put your things in there. The entrance is pricey (1500nt per person on NYE, but cheaper on regular days); I'd recommend trying to go on one of their discount days. If you have a big enough group to split the cost, I'd recommend getting a table, which provides great bottle service. Plus, there's nowhere else to sit unless you have a table. The bathroom is fine in the early hours of the night, but towards the end of the evening, you'll find lots of vomit everywhere. That applies to the club as well. Generally though the Omni staff seem to do a good job of cleaning up afterwards.

Luxy 2.0 Luxy has been modernized with better tables and decorations. The music had gotten 10x better and may even be the best in Taipei. Overall the layout is similar, but table mins are 2x higher but the redesign make it worth it.

Omni is a night club located at Zhongxiao Dunhua metro station, it's next to Zara. Its located on 5th floor, you can see a place to take pics. It's the first night club I went in Taiwan. Lots of time they have special events and discounts, for instance sometimes they have free entry for girls on Wednesday and Thursday. Sometimes they offer discount for drink tickets during certain time. They also invite famous DJs and musicians. You must bring your ID otherwise no matter how old you look, they won't let you in. They got LCDs, lasers, fogs, and an impressive Void sound system. I enjoy their music but I think they play too much EDM. My friends and I didn't book a sofa/room because we don't have enough people however we ended have one lol. The people who work there has a sense of humor, he kept making us laugh and offer us drinks. One thing I don't like the most is that people can smoke inside, cause I remembered people can't smoke indoor in Taiwan. All the clubs I went in Spain and Germany, people need to smoke outside, maybe just the one I went!! It was a bit hard for me at first because of the smell.

Out of all the clubs in taipei, Omni is my favorite for sure. After the renovation, they really do have excellent lighting and sound system. Ive a fan of EDM, top40, trap etc and usually the djs there you can find a mix of music types. I also like the fact some bigger name DJs spin there from time to time. However when you buy entrance, you are given 2 drink tickets -heads up you can only exchange them for beers though. which is silly. otherwise it is still a good time in general!

I've been here many times back when it was Luxy and twice as Omni. Same staff, same type of music, better, newer look (obviously). Good tip: there are lockers upstairs near the bathrooms, so don't fret if there are no lockers available downstairs. Unlike Manhattan clubs, the staff is nice and will help you out. You might need them since some of the lockers seem to steal your $$$. Lots of foreigners here. Probably the most basic club in all of Taipei other than Myst - if you're American, and it's your first time or first few times in Taipei, I bet you there is a 99% chance you're thinking about coming here or someone told you to "totally come here". This is only THE place to be only because so many people from all over are here. Other than that, the music sucks, and the girl DJ is a disgrace. Basically all EDM, and no hip hop. The transitions are horrible and awkward. If they change this, Omni would be SO much better. The skinny hot girls that carry out the bottles and the OMNI sign that lights up are a nice addition. And yes as mentioned in a previous review, you will reek of smoke as it's legal to smoke in clubs here, just as you will at any other nightclub in Taipei. If you're short on laundry, wear something that's already dirty. Dress code at these clubs are not as strict as in America; guys will always have more to worry about (obviously no sweats), but I wouldn't sweat it if you're wanting to wear sneakers in as a girl or a romper or something a little more casual.

Hassle free service, as long as you have a table. I was lucky to be part of a larger group that bought into a table at Omni. Otherwise I think it would've been a different experience for me. We arrived around 10:30, wellll before anyone else. The dance floor was miserably empty, and we were the first large group to arrive. In terms of service, it was very easy to make requests with the wandering staff in suits. I can't speak to pricing as I didn't handle it, but I can't imagine that it's cheap. The music was okay. The DJ didn't do a great job of reading the crowd and her tastes were 90% EDM. I love bouncing up and down as much as the next guy, but a little mixing doesn't hurt the soul (or the feet). The venue was fun, but I don't think it'd be my go to in Taipei, maybe only for special occasions and birthdays.

Surprisingly courteous staff for a club. Had to try out the local Taiwanese club, and the prices were reasonable. For having to deal with a lot of people under the influence, the staff were quite patient. They tell you all the options, costs, etc. SMELL: You will leave smelling like smoke guaranteed. Everything you wear will be contaminated so don't wear anything nice unless you're going to clean it the next day. Everybody is smoking and there is poor ventilation. BOTTLES: We ended up getting bottle service as it made sense. The club can get very crowded, so if you don't have a bottle, expect to get pushed around. Also note that there are elevated platforms everywhere, so it's extremely easy to trip if you're not paying attention to the floor. MUSIC: As for the music, it was good. A lot of EDM and hardcore music. Transitions were a bit awkward and the energy levels of the floor were up/down. Would like to see a bit more mix rather than just hardcore. COSTS: Expected cost of each bottle ~$150 for a 750mL (USA clubs are about $300). Service charge 10%. Make sure to grab a round booth on the top floor. The main dance floor ones are extremely crowded and hard to move around/talk. Tickets for men are about $20-$25 USD. Includes 2 drink tickets for wells/beer. Cost for more OJ as a chaser is $10 USD. They also ran out of Goose and Kettle. Ciroc was all they had left. Random tip: Women are free on Wednesdays (at all clubs).
