It is a restaurant in 米其林guide.
Love their concept and ideas on sustainable foods.
Low carbons, zero cholesterol, plant protein, low sugar, and high  fibre.

Foods are in good presentation and taste is excellent.

Price is great for this class of foods and restaurant.

The only thing is that it turn down their 5 star services.

We booked 12:30, and they told us to expect 2 hours to complete  the dining experience.
At 13:38, they rushed out the last 3 dishes due to the kitchen closing.  😮‍💨
While we are eating, the restaurant manager conducts a job interview inside  restaurant while we are still eating. 😮‍💨

Prebooked lunch for two at 1230. We ordered the summer  set menu which is $2000 NT each.
Food was perfect, innovative and delicious.

Service and atomosphere is a bit let down. The staff was very friendly, but overlooked a lot of details, which made the whole dinning experience not as pleasant.

While we were having our main, the waiting staff started serving the next two dishes, which included a warm soup. She claimed that the kitchen is about to close.

The restaurant manager started to interview staff inside the restaurant, not far from our table. Some interviewees are loud, so there is a constant noise level around our table.

The last two three dishes, including dessert were less impressive. Maybe because of the noise level.

Came with a bunch of friends. It was a really good experience, and will definitely recommend to others and visit again. We ordered a set dinner, and the food wowed us. The flavours were carefully crafted, original and delicate, and the presentation was gorgeous. Like one of the dishes was served on a long plate with an orchid plant at one end of the plate. Feast for the palate and for the eyes. The sweet potato herbal drink the waitress recommended to us was good too.

Exquisite food (perhaps our best vegetarian meal so far in Taiwan) but served slowly—at one point there were 40 minutes between courses.  But… we got in without a reservation, and the superb flavors/ingredients overcame any other shortcomings, so cannot deduct a star.  Just expect 2.5 hours for the set menu.  Think this is the  Kaohsiung branch of the Michelin-rated Taipei restaurant of the same name.  After the meal, we bought some frozen soup, to go.  You will be tempted to do the same.
