Bamboo shoot is in season so we decided to go to for it. Sweet and crispy 👌 Allan, the gracious host introduced us to Karasumi with raw spring onion and raw daikon. This dish took a bit of getting used to so it was our favourite. Stir fried mud crab with garlic was a hit. 10/10 in terms of hospitality/services and 9.5/10 for taste and 9/10 for value for money. Will definitely come back if we visit Kaosiung again.
