It is an amazing gourmet food journey we had here at our last night in Kaosiung.

The chef is smart, talent in food fusion, and creative that I should highlight that he is willing to try new things - one of the dishes is the soup with mix of thyme rosemary and one more herb..I totally forgot it now as I was a little bit drunk 😆… indeed the wine pairing is excellent to us as well.

We hope to visit Nibbon again for another impressive journey.

Fantastic food and wine pairing. The space felt homey and warm which I always appreciate. The staff was friendly and welcoming and the service was great overall. Very rare for me to be thinking of visiting again before the meal is even over but this place left me wanting more. The food was just so beautifully executed with a lot of complexity. Would 100% come back again.
