$1200 deposit is required before reserving a table. Deposit will not be returned even under extenuating circumstances but they did keep and postpone reservation to a later date. You order a main entree off the menu (the USA Steak was good) and you get around 8-9 appetizers of different styles. The scallop soup, salmon, foie gras macaron, grilled chicken thigh, some type of vegetarian spring roll stood out to me. There is a lot of food, including dessert around 9-10 courses. Waitress will introduce each dish as it's being served along with all its ingredients and sources in Taiwan or off island. Whole experience will take around 2-3 hours. Washroom has nice ammenities.

Overall experience was average.  Dishes were good but not memorable.  Not sure how creative the cuisine was.  I enjoyed the appetizer dishes much more than the main course.  Pricing was a bit on the expensive side.  Atmosphere could be revamped quite a bit.

Great place for fine dining in gashiung. Every dish was really great and the value for money is much better than Taipei. All the ingredients are fresh and all the dishes were very instagram friendly. Very talented, hard working chef too! Perfect for a date night if you are looking for a nice, elegant place in Kaoshiung :)

Excellent high level cuisine, very much worth the price. There is no real menu, we choose a meat for the main dish and all the rest depend on the current season and local markets.
