Very special dining experience. Traditional Taiwanese dishes with innovative, modern twist. Beautiful plating and Japanese stoneware. Chef/owner does it all as a one-man show, so seating is extremely limited and reservations are a must.

i went here by myself so i only ordered three dishes. all of them were so good. i didnt know radish and caramelized sugar are good combination. the beef was so soft and flavorful. crab cake was so fresh.  Definitely i will come back to try all the dishes the chef has.

Had a great dining experience at Rong Cuisine, its a small one man show shop. But the food when served you can feel it’s prepared sincerely by the boss. Reservation must be make online.

One of the best meals we've had in Taiwan, great food, terrific service and ambience. Would recommend the caramelised radish, nothing like we've ever tasted before.

In a selfish way I don't want to write a good review- lest other people find this place and I can't get a spot at the counter. But I owe it to the boss to say what an awesome meal I had there.
This place marries the best of Japanese Izakaya with the best of Taiwan drinking food. It is truly a rare experiece and one that captures the complexity that makes Taiwan so special and so wonderful. I am not exagerating when I say this was one of the best dining experiences of my life! And believe me I have been around!
