This little spot is a popular one given its Michelin recognition, but it's quite worthy of its hype.

Everything here is good. But I really appreciated the simple 滷肉飯 and 豬排 the most. Their 牛肉麵 is also popular and quite tasty; it has a strong carrot flavour in its broth, which I personally didn't like, but I still appreciated how dense and flavourful the broth was. A lot of other restaurants would have slightly more watered broths.

300 NTD for thick cut beef noodle and it was worth it!!  Delicious broth and beef.

The braised pork with rice was nothing special actually.

Oh and tea in the paper cup, is it just for foreigners, cos everyone around us got ceramic cups.  Tsk Tsk Tsk.

The shrimp wonton soup is excellent, with a light broth and spinach. One of my favorites

The braised pork rice is also amazing. You can tell this place puts a lot of care into the quality of the ingredients and the prep.

The beef noodle soup wasn't my personal style, but I can still appreciate how high quality it was.

The prices are suuupper reasonable, almost too cheap. I would pay more than double the menu price

Place has pretty delicious food and it is value for funny. But seating in store is limited and you will have to share tables.

Would not be a problem else where but when tables are small with big portions, you will rubbing elbows with your neighbours.

Very kind and friendly. They asked if I like to have a top-up of the sauces. The staff made me feel welcome as a guest. My two yummy dishes cost less than 100 TWD. I like this shop very much and wish them the best success.
