Some of the food’s taste is not balanced. You should inform customers at the beginning that you charge $NT240 per bottle of water. I frequently visit Michelin-starred restaurants, and this experience fell far below the standard I was expecting. The price for the service and flavor I received is completely overpriced. The service made me wonder—are you really going to leave this empty basket here? After I pointed it out, they took it, but they still didn’t clear our dirty plates. We were left wondering how long they would leave them there, even after our next course had already been served, so we had to point it out again. The pacing of the food was not smooth; the next course took a very long time to arrive. The flavors were inconsistent—most of them missed the mark for me. The dishes were either poorly balanced or tasted very ordinary. Overall, the price, flavor, and service made this the worst fine dining experience I’ve ever had. I’m sorry, but I cannot recommend this place. That said, the venison tartare was exquisite. Since this is a fine dining establishment, my feedback is based on those standards and my personal opinion.

food was good but not outstanding: generic western preparation of the local ingredients. nothing too surprising. portion was rather small and I felt like ordering two main course to fill my stomach. service was attentive. whole place was rather neat and tidy, which was a big contrast to the surrounding. wine list was rather limited and the sommelier struggled to come up with available options.

A beautiful restaurant that I really enjoy for its friendly and interactive table service, as well as the exquisite cuisine. Some of the dishes may feel a bit complex with too many elements, but personally, I prefer simplicity and clarity with one or two distinct layers of flavors. Nevertheless, I’m still looking forward to visiting again!

As a professional Chef, Nutritionist, and Foodie, I highly recommend that anyone who appreciates quality, consistency, freshness, and perfection to eat at this gorgeous restaurant opened by one of Asia's top female Chefs. Any reviews here criticizing this restaurant are written by oblivious and/or clueless people who don't understand food.

The 3 breads served with chilled butter are warm and absolutely fantastic, the kombu, radish, mushroom broth was delightfully fragrant and hot, the oyster appetizer refreshing and scrumptious, the duck liver, chicken wing, and morels on crispy rice an incredibly flavorful and fabulous dish, and the duck breast was perfectly cooked, totally juicy, and absolutely to die for, especially being served with yummy brussel sprouts, earthy burdock root, silky mashed potatoes, and sides of succulent sauces.

This restaurant is on par with the best in the world, with very reasonable prices, an elegant and cozy environment, and top notch, friendly, efficient service.
