The mutton and veggie dish was so packed with flavours, texture of the mutton was soft and bouncy, and the veggies are crisp. The soups were very flavourful as well and also infused with so much flavour. This was truly a great meal. Would be much more enjoyable however on a cold day! There is also lots of seating upstairs with a bit of AC which was very helpful.

So this place is great, but know that the five-star rating doesn't mean fancy, it means this is a  delicious, cheap and authentic street food Taiwanese eating experience.
We had two soup dishes and one greens and meat.dish. All were delicious. There is an English menu but not obviously so, but there are pictures of their dishes on the wall so pointing works well.

Nice places to try 羊肉 in Tainan, it is easy to get there if you study in NCKU. This store is always crowded in the evening. I would like to recommend students and travellers to visit and try food in old store.

Highly recommend the fried veg with mutton. They go so well together. The mutton soups are decent. But the star is the stir fried veg with mutton.

I absolutely love this store. Serves only mutton/lambs meat. So tasty and delicious.
