The restaurant offers a very high-quality dining experience. You only need to choose the main course; the chef prepares all other appetizers, soups, desserts, etc. However, there are not many choices of main courses in a day, usually about three different courses. Even so, the restaurant will still constantly change its dishes every day, allowing you to enjoy different delicacies when you dine at various times.
All the dishes are not only delicious but also beautifully decorated, like works of art. This makes me reluctant to eat them.
The atmosphere of the restaurant is peaceful and quiet, making people calm down. It is a great place to entertain close friends and cherish friendship.

One of nice experiences I have in Taipei. You can taste the original sweetness and flavors from the ingredients and the dressing did help with highlighting those perfectly. The staffs there was very friendly and helpful. The cost of the entire course are not too expensive as many other fine-dining restaurants in town. Worth a try if you want to have a nice dining experience without paying a lot.

3 of us girls ordered a set menu for a weekday night. Every dish was beautifully plated and service crew carefully explained what the dishes are made of.

Loved the bread dish as it was fluffy, hot and had truffle butter to go with it. The accompanying soup with the bread also went very well. Main dish of duck was good too as it was wrapped like a dumpling in a soup.

Ice cream dish was also very good at the end. Overall, it was a very cosy and welcoming fine dining experience.

A memorable and delicious lunch made even more perfect with amazing stellar service from Tammy.

Amongst the myriad of western based restaurants in Taipei, JE kitchen is definitely one for customers to consider.

Special mentions to:

-the opening snack of iberico ham chese springroll, perfection. 完美.

- the squid & confit yolk dish, perfectly balanced between texture, flavor, mouthfeel & concept.

-A5 wagyu that they used was great, usually not a fan of wagyu as i felt most farms prioritise 'fattiness' over flavor, but this particular one had great balance & 'sweetness' as you chew.

-Sourdough bread with its crispy yet tender crust that does not stick to the teeth *卡牙＊

Would definitely visit again if we were ever back in Taipei.

The taste is good but the portion is a bit not enough for me.
Everything is a little above the average but yet not that good to surprise me.
It's a casual fine dining place. I probably won't come the sec time.
However, the wine paring is good. The waiter keeps refilling my glass.
