［超級火大］
今年我發生很多事，朋友在心情和生活上給我不少幫助
找不到理由感謝他們
於是就藉著生日，請家人和朋友聚聚，於是就找了家台菜私㕑。

這家私廚，頂著米其林ㄧ星台菜後代開的光環，本來以為很私密舒適，不像中山北路二段，擠在一個小店委曲的用餐。

朋友看到牆上有一個米其林推薦的紅色牌子，就拿起手機拍照起來，他們還很得意的說，「米其林自己寄來的，我們也不知道。」

本以為這是品質的保證，誰知道，一切才是災難的開始。首先，我們一入坐，桌子高低不平，上菜搖搖晃晃，一時之間以為自己來到路邊攤的熱炒店。

雖然老闆娘為了解決這個問題，自己親自爬進去桌下，用厚紙板墊，才勉強不會搖搖晃晃。

接下來上菜沒什麼問題，服務也還OK，最讓我不能忍受的是，比熱炒店吵10倍的聒噪聲，吃個飯還要配上這些聲音，讓我心情非常低落。

一個小小的空間，硬擠上三桌，加上旁邊的喧嘩，連講個話都有問題，更別說要跟朋友寒暄，最令人生氣的是，當我在吃生日蛋糕的時候，隔壁桌居然傳來三杯透抽的味道，我吃著從北海道帶回來的起司蛋糕，我差點吐出來。

我強忍著火冒三丈的心情，我叫車送父母回去，留下我跟朋友等結帳，結果告訴我說，老闆娘現在分菜叫我等一下，等到老闆娘來結帳的時候，我看到帳單上面只寫菜名，完全沒寫價錢，只寫了一個數字，以及加上服務費的數字，我立刻要求在帳單上面，每一道菜補上價格。

就在他寫價格的同時，我忍不住抱怨：「我說，你知道今天我請朋友吃飯很丟臉嗎？一個桌子搖搖晃晃，比路邊攤還不值，標榜什麼私廚，結果環境竟是熱炒店，連講幾句話都困難。」

就在我生氣的同時，老闆娘雖然有跟我道歉，我心情還是無法平息，這時，他開口說：「不然你要怎樣？」說實在，我沒有要怎樣？我不想當奧客，我只想要他改善，做一家私㕑，收的是五星級飯店的價格，但環境卻是路邊攤的熱炒店，完全沒有考慮到食客的心情，以為自己東西好吃就驕傲起來，這也就是為什麼，現在我在台灣，少上高檔餐廳的原因。

This private chef, with its Michelin-starred reputation as a descendant of Taiwanese cuisine, originally thought it was very private and comfortable, unlike Section 2, Zhongshan North Road, where you would have to squeeze into a small restaurant to dine reluctantly.

When friends saw a red sign on the wall recommending Michelin, they picked up their phones and took pictures. They proudly said, "Michelin sent it themselves, and we didn't know."

I thought this was a guarantee of quality, but who knew that everything would be the beginning of disaster. First of all, as soon as we sat down, the table was uneven and the food was shaky. For a moment, we thought we were at a roadside stall.

Although the proprietress tried to solve this problem, she crawled under the table herself and used thick cardboard to cushion it, so that it would barely stop swaying.

Next, there was no problem with the food being served, and the service was OK. What I couldn't bear the most was the noise that was 10 times louder than the hot stir-fry restaurant. Having to eat with these noises made me feel very depressed.

In a small space, three tables were crammed into it, and with the noise nearby, it was difficult to even talk, let alone greet my friends. The most annoying thing was that when I was eating the birthday cake, The smell of three cups of smoke came from the table next door. I almost vomited while eating the cheesecake I brought back from Hokkaido.

I suppressed my anger and called a car to take my parents back, leaving me and my friends to wait for the check. The result was that the boss lady was telling me to wait while she was dividing the dishes. When the boss lady came to check out, I saw the check. There was only the name of the dish on the bill, but no price at all. It only contained a number, plus the service charge. I immediately asked for the price of each dish to be added to the bill.

While he was writing the price, I couldn't help but complain: "I said, do you know it's embarrassing for me to treat my friends to dinner today? The table is rickety, it's worth less than a roadside stall, it's a private chef, but the environment It’s a hot stir-fry restaurant and it’s difficult to even say a few words.”

Just when I was angry, even though the landlady apologized to me, I still couldn't calm down. At this time, he said, "What else do you want?" To be honest, what did I want if I didn't? I don’t want to be an hotel guest, I just want it to improve and be a private restaurant. The price is the price of a five-star hotel, but the environment is like a roadside stall. I don’t take the mood of the diners into consideration at all. I think I I feel proud when the food is delicious, which is why, now that I am in Taiwan, I rarely go to high-end restaurants.

明福二代出來開的私廚，用餐環境比明福好很多，大部分的菜都繼承了老師傅的好手藝，粉肝非常的嫩、招待的鯊魚煙及醃九孔都非常好吃；紅蟳米粉的紅蟳更是大隻的很有誠意，鮮蚵也超肥超飽滿。另外還有一些這裡才有的創意菜，像是天使下酒菜，蒜炒烏魚鰎，每道菜都非常好吃，基本上就是個白飯殺手！另外那個芋頭丸裡面夾的梅子我也覺得是神來一筆，讓炸過的芋泥吃起來帶點酸甜的口感，比較清爽去油膩。

老闆娘也非常的熱情，服務非常的親切周到，但我覺得唯一跟明福差了一點的是鮑魚糯米雞湯！不知為什麼印象中上次在明福吃到的鮑魚糯米雞真的是讓我難以忘懷，但整體而言我覺得價格合理，東西好吃，服務親切，如果訂的到的話絕對會再訪！

Every dish is very delicious and is basically a rice killer! In addition, I think the plums inside the taro balls are a stroke of genius, giving the fried taro paste a sweet and sour taste, which is refreshing and less greasy.

The proprietress is also very enthusiastic and the service is very kind and thoughtful, but I think the only thing that is a little different from Ming Fook is the abalone glutinous rice chicken soup! I don’t know why, but I can’t forget the abalone and glutinous rice chicken I ate at Beng Fook last time. But overall, I think the price is reasonable, the food is delicious, and the service is friendly. If I can order it, I will definitely visit again!
