Great open kitchen setup and a welcoming atmosphere. Each dish was better than the next. Definitely some Japanese inspired elements in a number of the dishes; the fusion flavors were balanced nicely with Italian ingredients. For those that aren’t keen to do a wine pairing, the non-alcoholic set completely blew me away! I would come back again and highly recommend this place. Uff!

The effort is there, the results a bit less so for this aspiring avant garde Italian.  The undoubted lowlight was a gamey lamb ravioli while the highlight was a perfectly done raw wagyu appetizer.  Flavors generally felt separated and not blended.  Food was pretty but not necessarily well crafted.  Waiters wore thick masks which made explanations difficult to hear.
