This is my favorite spot to get beef noodles!  Been coming to this spot since I was a kid. Taste hasn't changed at all! The crepe is so good... I love to put the pineapple mayonnaise shrimp inside of the crepe! Not many people eat it like this but trust me... It's bomb AF!!! Must try this place, highly recommend.

I visited this Halal food place during my trip to Taipei. It seemed to be a popular place for locals as well as visitors.
We placed an order for the beef noodles. The noodles itself were perfect in texture and thick. The meat pieces were tender and tasty and the broth itself was great too. I added my own spice to my liking. We also had the beef strips along with the bread and salad. Slightly more chewy but delicious. Taste was good. You can also drink tea as much as you like and it does very well with the food.
Upon my arrival I was told to sit on a shared circle table by the lady at the door. I kindly asked if I could wait for another table to be free so the two of us could be sat together I proceeded to sit by the door in the waiting space. She rudely told me to get out and wait outside. Very unprovoked and unprofessional. I obliged and stepped outside. I then seen other local customers walk in and they were permitted to sit at other empty tables. Eventually I sat waiting inside refusing to be treated in this manner. Her attitude was unfortunately awful despite no provocation from my side. If the management could offer her some advice it would be appreciated. She was the tall one who also sits at the cashier and seats the guests at the tables. Some kindness and a smile could go a long way in life.
Despite this, the food is great and I'd visit again to eat here and hopefully be treated better.

I don’t who is the Michelin guide that is recommending this place since many years now, but they definitely need to review their taste! Out of the tens of restaurants that I’ve tried in Taipei for traditional beef noodles, this one is the least good!

The noodles were perfectly cooked (though i didnt like the big noodles type that much), with a soft yet bouncy texture that made them enjoyable to eat. The broth was rich, aromatic, and packed with flavor, yet not overly greasy. The tender, braised beef pieces added a satisfying and hearty element to the dish.

This halal-certified spot is an excellent choice for Muslim travelers craving authentic Taiwanese beef noodles. The service was quick, which I appreciated, and the environment, while simple, felt authentic. Prices are slightly higher, but it’s reasonable given the quality and Michelin recognition.

MEN OMG MATEN Om jag är ärlig märkte jag inte Michelin Star-certifikatet förrän jag lämnade. Jag sökte Google Maps för BEST BEEF NOODLES I TAIPEI NÄR MIG - och jag är så glad att detta kom upp först. 155 Taiwan Dollars (3.50?) För en skål som jag inte kunde klara! HÖGT REKOMMENDERAD!

Nötkött nudlar allestädes närvarande i Taiwan och en på en foodies lista av rätter att prova. Det var kort väntan när vi gick till middag. En gång sitter (på ett gemensamt bord) vi beställde nötkött nudlar i klar buljong, kryddig nötkött nudlar, pannkakor och en liten strimlad nötkött maträtt. Nudlarna var båda mycket välsmakande med smakrika buljong, fjädrande tandiga nudlar och mjukt nötkött som hade varit långsamt kokta. Pannkaka var bra, fluffig, fjädrande och salt (du kan se att dessa rullas och formas i restaurangen som du kommer in) och de var avsedda att fyllas med strimlad nötkött och vårlök. Nötköttet var kokt i en sås som liknar hoisin så smaken påminner om Peking duck. Du hjälper dig att frigöra te från en stor teörn. En god middag som lämnade oss nöjda att vi återvände igen senare på vår resa! Vi upptäckte att de har en annan filial på Shin Kong Mitsukoshi, Xinyi i källaren (var 2) där det inte fanns någon kö.

Sedan första gången jag åkte till denna lilla restaurang blev jag kär i sina pannkakor. Kocken arbetar alltid med att göra dem bakom restauranggatan. Pannkakorna är bara gjorda och fortfarande råa, de ser redan inbjudande ut. Jag är ledsen att jag i princip alltid ignorerar den stora delen av menyn, eftersom jag på detta ställe fokuserar på sina pannkakor, jag kan inte få nog. Pannkakorna serveras på ett sätt som du håller dem på din handflata och du fyller upp det med ett brett utbud av mat som alltid placeras på bordet vilket gör det ganska upptagen, sätta upp det och äta. Yummm!

Vi försökte de nötkött nudlar och vi verkligen nöjd med den smak. Personalen är vänlig och restaurangens kunde man lätt hitta från skrivplatta visar halal tecken.

God mat med mycket trevliga färskt bröd Rimliga priser. Mycket vänlig personal lite små borden är lite gamla

Det är en av de få halal-ställen i Taipei. Jag provade deras Sauerbraten nudelsoppa. Även om det var min första tid som försöker den här maträtten, låt mig säga att det var jättegott. Kommer att komma tillbaka igen.

Ser smaskens och välsmakande. Kan prova det. Lätt riktning n värt gångavstånd här. Borde prova det för muslim som kommer hit.

Äta den Sauerbraten noodle som var fantastiskt. Prisvärt för mig. Bra halal maturvalet! Ner pirogen var genomsnittlig. Skulle komma tillbaka igen för nudlar
