This is one of the top restaurants in the Regent Hotel.   The decor and set up of the place is nice and. The staff is professional and friendly.   The food is good and tasty.   My only major issue with the restaurant is where we sat was like a wind tunnel.  The food got cold faster than normal.   Other than that, we had a good experience.

Chef Andy Tsai is so brilliant! He ultimately makes the best out of superior ingredients. The food is delicious, and presentation is perfect, such a joy to dine here

Food is average, but service is very bad. Waiter have a very bad attitude.

We ordered the seafood lunch set, $3,100/set, including half a small lobster and fish fillet.  Decor and service were both good.  Soups were tasty.  Ingredients were all very fresh, cooked okay, flavors tend to be on the light side.  At this price,  not outstanding, unfortunately.  One thing that bothered us was the smoke and greasy smell as they cooked.  Definitely needs to improve for a better dining experience!
