It was beyond my imagination! The chef surprisingly made root beats and white chocolate to another devine level. The only downside is probably the pairing wine. I prefer Pinot Noir which pairs well with a variety of dishes.

Excellent dining experience in Taichung. Food was amazing and meaningful. 100% delivered Taiwanese soul in the French cuisine. Yaron as the sommelier in the house will definitely know what you need and what you want to creat your lovely night. Definitely the restaurant you shouldn’t miss up in Taichung.
