The meat was super tender and smooth, the rice super fragrance, suitable for family with kids, the place was quite clean as well. Will definitely be back.

鵝鳥はとても旨い、くれぐれもオーダーの量を間違えないでください。

日本から観光で来ました。台南で、どうしても食べたかったのが、鵝肉です。鶏でもなく鴨でもなく鵝鳥です。

台南駅からレンタル自転車で10分ほど走った所に店を見つけました。

昼時を外して、夕方来店しましたが、地元の人達で大行列です。また、店の電話がひっきりなしに鳴りますが誰も出ません。出れる状態ではない程の忙しさです。

私達は2人で来店しましたが、鵝肉の量は４分の１羽で十分です。2人で半身だと、恐らく食べきれない分量だと思います。

味は、とても柔らかくてジューシーで旨味があります。ただ、骨まで柔らかく煮込んでおり、その骨を食べないように、舌で削ぎ落としながら食べる必要があります。

塩味で肉の旨味があり、それだけで十分ですが、味噌仕立てのタレでぐっと旨味が増します。タレは味噌仕立ての2種類で、辛いタイプと辛くないタイプ。セルフサービスです。

脂身も多いので、付け合わせのニラともやしと生姜がさっぱりしてよく合います。

次回オーダーするとしたら、他の客が注文していた、ガチョウ弁当にすると思います。ライスの上にこれでもかと言うくらい支那竹が乗り、煮玉子とキャベツ、ガチョウの骨無し肉がどかっと乗ります。とても美味しそうでした。

台南の滞在最終日に、とても美味しい鵝肉料理を食べることができてよかったです。

I came from Japan for sightseeing. One thing I really wanted to eat in Tainan was goose meat. It's neither a chicken nor a duck, it's a goose.

I found the store about 10 minutes away by rental bicycle from Tainan Station.

I came to the store in the evening outside of lunchtime, and there was a huge line of locals. Also, the store's phone keeps ringing, but no one answers. I'm so busy that I don't feel like I can go out.

Two of us came to the restaurant, and one quarter of the goose was enough. I think it's probably too much for two people to eat.

The taste is very soft, juicy, and flavorful. However, the bones are stewed until soft, so you have to scrape them off with your tongue to avoid eating the bones.

It's salty and meaty, which is enough on its own, but the miso sauce really enhances the flavor. There are two types of miso sauce: a spicy type and a non-spicy type. It's self-service.

It has a lot of fat, so the garnishes of chives, bean sprouts, and ginger are refreshing and go well together.

Next time I order, I think I'll go for the goose bento, which was ordered by another customer. There's plenty of Chinese bamboo on top of the rice, as well as boiled eggs, cabbage, and boneless goose meat. It looked very delicious.

I am glad that I was able to eat a very delicious goose meat dish on the last day of my stay in Tainan.
