Their rice noodles was so good!  I never had such good rice noodles in my life!

Their service was very nice too。

We had the Mei tasting menu and it was a good experience. Reasonable price, a lot of courses. All of the flavours were very delicate and well balanced. With the exception of one dish which the waiter explained was specifically designed to be very strong. Good presentation too.

Service was pretty slow and I had to remind them if ordered a drink after waiting 30 min without getting anything.

I selected this one as it features some dishes that require delicate work that’s not commonly available elsewhere. The interior is clean and comfy.
A few dishes require reservations and its dining reservations also ask your credit card guarantee when you try online!
All dishes are fresh and look nice by appearance. The taste is light, not too salty at all, so the flavor is presented quite originally. Each dish was introduced properly and the waitresses did check frequently our demand. Was a great dining experience!

A Michelin starred restaurant serving traditional Taiwanese. We went for their set menu which included a few of their signatures. In general, it fell short of my expectations. The food was of a good quality but it didn't wow, neither in taste nor in food presentation. I did enjoy the Roasted Suckling Pig which was served in 3 ways - crackling skin (1 pc each only), meat and ribs, shredded meat in Gua Bao. The traditional fried bee hoon was delish too, so basic, so simple but yummy, using their local bee hoon that's more bouncy in texture. The dessert was also interesting, first time having grass jelly in pure liquid form instead of the solidified jelly and to have it with crushed peanuts added a different dimension. I was disappointed though that they didn't ask about nut allergy, not that I have it but I expected that of a Michelin star restaurant charging S$160 per pax.

Jag har mer än 35 års erfarenhet av restaurangbranschen och har aldrig haft en svik som den här.

Vi hade en underbar middag med taiwanesiska köket i denna vackra restaurang. Maten smakade bra. Vi gillar inte fet, tung och salt mat och smaksättningen av maten i denna restaurang var perfekt för oss. Servitrisen som serverade oss gav goda rekommendationer. Gillade verkligen den rökt kyckling, den klara soppan med ingefära och mandelefterrätten.

Som en Michelin-stjärna vandrar man alltid vad som gör det till en framstående från de många restaurangerna i Taipei. För den här restaurangen tror jag att anledningen bakom att enkla rätter ser bra ut och smakar bra (om de kan göra det) För mig är matsal här en underbar upplevelse eftersom de gjorde att vanlig daglig mat ser extremt fotovänlig ut på dessa dagar av Instagram. Av de rätter vi beställde kan jag inte hitta en maträtt som jag skulle säga ja, det här är fantastiskt men jag kan inte heller säga åh, det här är hemskt. Därför skulle jag säga att matsal här är mycket subjektivt.

Mycket intressant lokal mat. Obefläckad service och mycket benägna att förklara diskens ursprung och beredning. Bra atmosfär, även om det saknar lite modernare vibbar.

Det enda som är bra med den här restaurangen är att de har använt en bra designer för att bygga sin webbplats eftersom allt ser ut och låter så underbart i den. Det var anledningen till att jag gick utan att se några recensioner för att förbli neutral. Det första intrycket vid ankomsten blev jag imponerad av byggnaden och dess stora entré. Maten kom med härlig presentation för våra ögon men därifrån gick alla neråt. Smaken var otroligt blandad, vi var alla tvungna att doppa i deras åtföljande såser för smak. Hela middagen var en stor besvikelse och absolut inte värdig för så högt pris. . . . . .

Jag kan inte tro att denna plats har en Michelin-stjärna. Det enda bra med denna plats är ytterdörren. Jag är inte en picky person alls. Jag älskar street mat och high end restauranger. Jag älskar mat av alla slag, men denna plats är hemsk och för priset var jag extremt missnöjd. Även om det var billigt skulle jag ha blivit besviken. Dålig inredning, smutsigt golv, ingen smak, mycket, mycket otrolig mat. Jag lämnar aldrig recensioner, men kände mig tvungen att göra det för denna restaurang eftersom det är priset och den förmodade Michelin-stjärnan gör det mycket värre att maten var så dålig.

Entrén är stor. En av de bästa i Taipei. Servitrisen är elegant och informativ. Led oss till vårt bord i ett rum på 2: e våningen. Vårt parti på 12 (6 vuxna och 6 barn) beställde en meny för 8 som förmodar henne sina kända val. Jag har provat alla diskar och jag skulle säga att de är okta läckra men inte extravaganta. Jag har provat några restauranger i Taiwan i HK, och jag tycker att de är ganska lika. Endast deco är grander och ligger i Taipei. Jag kan rekommendera för andra att försöka en gång, men jag kommer inte igen.

Ny Michelin 1 * taiwansk restaurang i Taipei. Ledsen att säga den enda rätter jag gillar är deras entree disk, andra rätter på Mountain and Sea House är bara "vanliga". Den fantastiska pläteringen hjälper inte gynnarna. Och tyvärr, varje mat smakar bländare än den före den. Vi åkte dit som en tre generationer familj. Rätterna är speciella och välsmakande. Jag tycker att disken är ganska kreativ, som biffen kokas med ägg. Tjänsten och arenan är båda exceptionella och vi hade en minnesvärd måltid där. Menyn visas på en iPad men menyns hårddisk är mycket mer omfattande. Det finns många rätter vi inte har försökt och vissa behöver reserveras före handen. Jag kommer definitivt att besöka igen och prova sina andra signaturrätter.

Var där för andra gången. Första gången på deras gamla adress. Läckra rätter presenteras vackert. Veggies var organiska och planterade av restaurangen själva. En av mina favoritrestauranger, men dyr men välsmakande.

Sedan restaurangen är dess plats, har jag varit här tre gånger redan. Jag älskar det privata rummet på bottenvåningen. Det kan sitta 14 gäster med egen trädgård (perfekt för gäster som röker). Det är perfekt för familjesamlingar och vänner som besöker från utlandet. Naturligtvis är det inte billigt. Men du får vad du betalar för, eller hur? En gång i taget är det bra att splurge och hänge! Bokning är ett måste om du vill boka det privata rummet. Mat presentationen är mycket elegant, passande att gå med atmosfären. Det kan servera köttälskare samt vegetarianer. Vissa rätter måste beställas i förväg. Om du gillar fisk och skaldjur finns det en levande skaldjurstank där du kan välja och välja de du gillar och hur du vill att den ska lagas. Restaurangen är i en gammal herrgård med en superb atmosfär för en god middag med vänner. Menyn är dykare och maten är riktigt bra. Det sätt som den serverades påminner mig i Japan, fantastisk känsla för detaljer. Servicen var enastående också. Jag rekommenderar strandkanten här och skulle älska att komma tillbaka någon dag. Helt säkert inte det billigaste restaurangen i Taipei men för ett par TWD du får så mycket bättre mat som är värt det.

Mycket raffinerad taiwanesiska mat i en vacker miljö. Servicen är fantastiskt. Varje maträtt var beredd minutiöst och presentationen var mycket nästan japanska kaiseki vill. Rekommenderar starkt detta restaurang till varje "foodie" att besöka Taipei.
