Good place to relax. Beautiful and tasty cakes. Nice Loose Leaves tea. Cold Coconut espresso is a good refreshing drink,too.

This is my go-to spot for relaxing, and I love the vibe here. However, it would be even better with a wider variety of food and desserts. Adding something like an ice cream parlor would be a great touch—it would perfectly complement the atmosphere and make the place even more enjoyable!

Cakes are flavourful and insta worthy. Price is a little on high side since it is situated in Four Seasons Hotel. Good ambience for a relaxing afternoon tea.

World-Class Croissants, but a Frustrating Experience Otherwise

Let’s start with the one undeniable highlight: the croissants. They are nothing short of spectacular—better than those found in many of Europe’s most celebrated bakeries. Fantastic Job! Die Getränke sind gut aber definitiv nichts besonders.  But that’s where the praise ends. Beyond the pastries, this café is a masterclass in disappointment, hypocrisy, and poor service.

A “Pet-Friendly” Lie

One of the most absurd aspects of this place is its so-called pet-friendly policy. How can a café that is part of a pet-friendly hotel outright ban pets? It’s misleading, dishonest, and frankly laughable. You can brand yourself however you like, but if a guest can’t even bring their small dog inside, the claim is nothing more than marketing nonsense.

Blatant Double Standards: Influencers vs. Regular Guests

If you happen to be a Thai influencer, congratulations—you have free rein to set up tripods, lights, and film as if the café were your personal studio. If you’re a foreigner? Expect to be shut down immediately. This level of selective enforcement isn’t just frustrating; it’s offensive.

It’s infuriating to watch groups of well-dressed locals—who clearly aren’t hotel or residence guests—turn the place into a full-blown production set, while I, as a non-Thai, get reprimanded for simply walking in with a GoPro. It’s an unspoken but painfully obvious bias, and quite frankly, it reeks of discrimination.

Service? What Service?

The only time the café runs smoothly is when the manager is present. She is professional, competent, and seemingly the only one who actually knows how to run the place. The moment she leaves, the entire staff transforms into a chaotic mess—confused, indifferent, and utterly unbothered by the existence of customers.

Getting someone’s attention feels like an impossible task. Orders take forever, responsibilities are passed around like a hot potato, and the overall atmosphere shifts from “luxury café” to “random corner store staffed by people who don’t care.”

Customization? Not Here.

In Thailand, being able to choose your drink’s sweetness level is standard. Not here. I was told that all drinks are made with a pre-mixed syrup, so customization isn’t possible. How difficult is it to offer different sweetness levels? If tiny street vendors selling bubble tea for a fraction of the price can figure it out, why can’t this supposedly premium café?

Unacceptable Wait Times

For a place that wasn’t even busy, waiting over 10 minutes for a single coffee is beyond unacceptable. What exactly were they doing? Roasting the beans by hand? Flying them in from another country? The inefficiency is almost comical.

Limited Menu, Prime Location – Wasted Potential

The menu is disappointingly small, which wouldn’t be a problem if the existing options were executed flawlessly. They’re not. The only real advantage of this place is its location, which is undoubtedly excellent—but what good is a great location if the experience inside is this frustrating?

Final Verdict: Style Over Substance

This café is a perfect example of style over substance. It looks luxurious, serves world-class croissants, and sits in a prime location, but behind the polished exterior lies a frustrating, inconsistent, and at times outright discriminatory experience. If you value good service, fairness, and efficiency, this is not the place for you.
