Nice hotel at an affordable price. The bed sheets, blankets, and toiletries were changed daily, and we received complimentary water bottles based on the number of beds. Breakfast is served from 6:30 to 10:00 AM, and all the food is halal, which was great. The location is also convenient, close to the city center. The only downside was that some staff had difficulty communicating in English. Overall, I’d rate it 8/10!

I recently stayed at Baan Thai Boutique Hotel, and unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing due to the lack of cleanliness and poor service.

Upon entering my room, I was horrified to find traces of saliva and phlegm in the bathroom sink. Used tissues were scattered around the bedside table and floor, making it evident that the room had not been properly cleaned.

Moreover, the staff seemed indifferent to the guests' needs. They were frequently seen playing on their phones and did not show any interest in assisting the customers.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had, and I left feeling very unsatisfied with my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and welcoming environment.

The hotel is located at one of the busiest street in Bangkok. But it is walking distance to some shops and food stall around it.
The rooms are great and well maintained. It is clean and comfortable.
Breakfast is inculded in the stay but since there are so many people at the hotel, there is not much left of breakfsdt if you were late. Breakfast is served as early as 6.30am. The place is nice and spacious and one can sit outdoor to have breakfast, too. There is a small pool there, too. But as we are in a tour group, we never get a chance to take a swim in the pool.
We stayed here for 2 nights. And it was a comfortable stay.

Room wasn't cleaned properly and had dust and cobwebs in the corners. The bed is very hard even for Thai standards and not comfortable. This is definitely not a 4 star hotel as they claim, probably more like 2 stars.
