We had a pleasant stay at this hotel! Ray at the front desk was incredibly helpful and facilitated early check in so we could put our bags down and freshen up. They already had a room ready as we visited out of peak season, so this might not always be an option.

The location is incredibly convenient as it's just around a 2-minute walk away from an Airport Rail Link station that you can use to get to and from Suvarnabhumi Airport.

Place is around 10 or so minutes away from Phaya Thai BTS station. You can also walk all the way down to the Siam area from the hotel.

We never tried the restaurant and bar outside of the breakfast buffets, but the food was fine. Options change a bit every morning, and they offer both local and western food.

Room & amenities were all great. They even provide bath bombs for the tub if your room has one, but only if you ask for it. Personally, I recommend buying the ones from the nearby 7/11 as those were better.

Finally, there are a lot of food stalls at the wide alley literally just beside the hotel if you're looking for some affordable local meals.

Check in and check out were quick and efficient. The room was a decent size but lacked storage which could be inconvenient for longer visits. The bathroom layout was awkward everything got wet after every shower, and there was no ventilation which made it difficult for the bathroom to dry after use, also a nightmare happened I spotted a small cricket in the sink…

That said, the staff were incredibly friendly and that made the stay much more enjoyable. Plus the location is super convenient only a three minute walk to a 7-Eleven and few minutes away from a mall. Overall it’s a decent place for a short stay but definitely in need of small improvements to make it better!

I had such a pleasant experience at this hotel. It is just off of the train so very easy to get to from the airport. But the best part of it all is the staff; they are the best.

From the caring front desk to the bellboy who will help you with your luggage they are amazing. A special shout out to the housekeeping staff. They were the most friendly people ever. I came back to my room after being out and all my clothes that I had on my bed were folded, I couldn’t believe it. They went out of their way to make my stay great!

The live music and tea from 2-5 was also nice.

One caveat is the location being downtown the road is a little noisy as the walls / doors are a little thin. I could hear rooms being cleaned down the hall and people playing music beside me. But not bad enough to dock a star. I stayed at 5 hotels during my journey in Bangkok and this was the best one!

1 star until I get my deposit back, will edit if it happens.
Edit: it has been more than a month and they still never refunded. They take a deposit that cannot be used to pay for anything then they keep it. This is theft.

Overall, I give it 4 stars.The hotel is ideal for the price as it has a good location along with what you expect from a hotel. Our room was on 12th floor & was well equipped.It was quiet even though it faced the highway. Breakfast was great & we had a pleasant experience with the staff.

The only issue is the 2000 baht hold they place on your card when checking out. They are not able to refund it on the spot. Even worse, any charges made during your stay cannot be deducted from that deposit.
I saw in reviews that many did not get their deposit back so I have to wait 14days to see if I also do not get it back.

The gym is small but quite decent, the pool & rooftop bar are quite nice.

The housekeeping department needs improvement. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that the toilet water was yellow. After we reported it to the front desk, they promptly moved us to the next room and actively addressed our feedback. However, in the new room, there was an empty bottled water can by the bedside... We didn’t want to change rooms again, so we didn't report it. Apart from the housekeeping needing improvement, everything else was satisfactory. Although the hotel is located next to a busy road, the soundproofing was good. The bed was large and comfortable, and the décor created an elegant atmosphere. The location was convenient for transportation.
