Stayed in the deluxe city view room for three nights. Had a perfectly pleasant stay. Hotel ticked all the boxes for price, room size and amenities. BTS is right in front of the hotel, adjacent supermarket that stocked some great ready to eat meals, an in house bar, good service, a simple buffet breakfast that does the job. As a group of 8 with elderly parents we chose to cab it during our stay and faced the infamous Bangkok traffic during the 30-40 minutes it took to get to most attractions.

I stayed at Jasmine Resort in Bangkok. The hotel is located in a quiet area, yet it’s fairly close to the city center (about a 30-minute ride by Grab or Bolt) and right next to a metro station. There’s a 7-Eleven just a 5-minute walk away, making it easy to grab food.

The hotel itself is beautiful. The rooms are modern and clean, and the bathroom was spotless and newly renovated. The lift was efficient, and the service was pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience.

Overall very recommend this hotel!!!!!

pros :
- room is big with two double beds, and can put 2 or above luggage which still have space, air conditioner is functional, room has welcome snacks,
- hotel are secured which need room card to take the lift to your room floor
- all staffs are kind, friendly and very helpful
- can store your luggage after check out for free
- have laundry machine

cons :
- need to find the right metro exit (with lift/escalator) for the heavy luggage

Unfortunately, we experienced severe cleanliness issues in our room, particularly with the bed linens and sheets. These problems caused significant inconvenience and affected our rest, and I feel it is necessary to inform you so that you can address and improve your service.

Upon our arrival, we immediately noticed that the bed linens and sheets were extremely dirty, which was highly unsatisfactory. More disturbingly, we found noticeable bloodstains on the sheets, which shocked and disturbed us. Such unsanitary conditions not only affected our rest but also posed a threat to our health and safety.

Furthermore, the overall cleanliness of the room was subpar, with visible dust and litter on the floor, and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. This environment made it impossible for us to relax and enjoy our vacation as we should have. We believe that a renowned resort hotel should provide a higher standard of cleanliness and service, rather than making guests feel uncomfortable and dissatisfied.

These issues not only ruined our travel plans but also impacted our overall experience. We came to Thailand to relax and enjoy our holiday, but due to these hygiene issues, we had to spend a lot of time and energy dealing with these problems, which completely contradicted our initial purpose.

Great hotel, right next to a bts station which is perfect to travel and go towards old town of Bangkok.
Very nice pool and spa pool. Gym was also decent.
