PLACE
All tho it might look a bit out dated and maybe requires moke ups at some points but It's really nice and well taken care everyday.
Everything looks exactly the same as it shown on their pictures.
They even got two pools!
The owners are really into art, so whole hotel is like a small gallery that you may visit for free.
It has a lot of space where you can find a sit to relax or work. An aquarium at the dining hall is fantastic.

SERVICE:
I have no complaints about the service at all.
*Mr Pot was really nice and helpful as well as other managers. +++
*They offer free shuttle bus from the hotel to metro and back. +++

MY SUGGESTIONS
Steaming room - It's a must to be tiled with mosaic.
Also you may consider to put into fragrance box - Ginger or
Pineapple
Room 2015 water pressure of shower is really weak
Especially when u switch to Hot water.

Stayed here for a week, and it was an okay hotel. It is situated in some alleyways.  We had Grab drivers telling us it was a bit hard to get to the hotel.  It is somewhat hidden but there are signs.

Anyways, the hotel is a small hotel (which I preferred).  Small check-in area as well.  However, it is right next to the restaurant area.  So more spaces there if you need to wait for your ride or other people.

The breakfast at this hotel is good.  It’s not the biggest, but food is always hot.  If you want something quick for breakfast then it’s okay.  If you want more, then don’t get breakfast here and go elsewhere with more options.

Our room was a bit outdated in my opinion.  It’s a bit dark due to the decor.  You can always open the curtain for more light.

The staffs are super friendly and always willing to assist.  It’s what makes this place good.

V20 hotel is clean,  the welcome drink and the friendly staff were great after a long flight. My room was quiet and was the jaccuzzy one that I lacked time to use cause I was coming for work. It looked great though. The swimming pools were awesome. Huge balcony in my room and good breakfast. The free shuttle to the metro is a huge plus in a city that has constant trafic jam. Be careful don't do like me don't leave with the slippers they are not for you to take 😂 although very comfy. Thanks to v20 hotel.

Reading the responses to negative reviews I am expecting similar but I don't give poor reviews lightly and appreciate the negative impact a bad review can have.

This said I feel it fair to articulate my experience:

This hotel is not a 4*. It is more reminiscent of a good class back-packers hostel. It is poorly maintained with constant baggage blocking access, etc.

It's very remote tucked away on a tiny residential street with limited access unless you have a car.

The water pressure in the shower is atrocious. A mere dribble and the sticky, odourless condiments are useless.

The "extra large double bed" is actually 2 single beds pushed together that separate when used leaving a nuisance gap.

The "family room" is not a family room at all! I had a family member wanting to stay a couple of nights in my booked "family room" only to be told "it isn't a family room, we just call it that" and then charged me a disproportionate amount for my "3rd person" who ended up on a camp bed.

The swimming pool is a bleak place infested with mosquitoes. I accept this is a general problem but most hotels at least attempt to mitigate the obvious issue with repellants.

As predicted please read the response and judge for yourself. I am merely the messenger.

I find it quite comical but have reported the dialogue for record as slanderous in the false allegations made. There was no "blackmail" or extorsion and nothing was requested for "free". The hotel was merely updated as to the purpose of my visit and in hindsight it was obvious why any recommendations were refused as they already knew they couldn't deliver a quality product in-keeping with their obviously fake digital footprint.

I'm afraid I am, indeed, an NUJ Accredited Travel Editor updating a Thailand Travel Magazine. This "story" may well go into the "hall of shame" section.

V20 Hotel Review:
Lovely staff. Quiet location nestled amongst the suburbs but lots close by walking distance. Super Rich currency exchange, Multiple 711s, Epicurean Bakery, little markets with food and massage shop.
King Spa Room was heaven. Pool is good size. Breakfast offerings was nice enough. Small variety for a smaller hotel.
Definitely isn't easy to find but what makes it a true hidden gem.
