3 bartistas working today. 3 professionals all very attentive to my requests.  I was provided 3 different roasts to choose from.  The coffee taste very good and the equipment is all professional quality.   It is located inside the shopping mall 3 rd floor 100 meters From the banks. Coffee is not cheap here ! I wish they had more food options.

I asked for black orange, I saw the dark roast on the receipt before paying, I asked for a medium roast, he accepted it. Change the price and receipt. I paid. When I got my coffee, it was burnt as hell. It is absolutely impossible to call this medium, or whatever you'd like to drink. So, I don't think the staff cares even a little bit about what the customer is asking for.

Ristr8to, or Roast8ry with all their branches were always good. Except this spot. I'll avoid it in the future. Waste of money.

You have to be careful with hygiene rules. Hygiene standards must be respected. HACCP rules must be applied. Staff has to be trained properly and understand the importance of it. It is no game! Where is the management?.
